Worst experience I have ever had. I have never felt so attacked before in my life. A few of us in my book club had ordered from this website. When another members sheets were falling apart I decided to return my order immediately. Didn’t open it. Never got my money back even though the email said they received my return. Returns department said they don’t have it and to simply stop thinking they do, and to “move on”. What kind of company is this? They talk to you like they’re a side street peddler running a tag sale or kiosk. They have no sense of customer service and have no business being in retail. Stay away from these crooks!

These sheets are junk. Not worth the price. Spent almost $2k on bedding items. Didn’t even bother opening all the items because of the quality. Silk comforter is lumpy and junky and stupidly expensive. Pillows feel like junk. My return has been sitting around for weeks after they received both boxes on July 31. Their return policy is a joke as they absolutely do not process returns in the manner they state. I have had to charge back the order with my credit card because they will only give you the run around with regard to refunding you. What a joke that this company is supposedly a favorite of Oprah’s.

This company scams their customers. My husband and I, together, packed up our return to them. They didn’t process the return for weeks apparently it just sat there. When they finally got around to it they said it was incomplete and shorted our refund. They’re liars plain and simple. Do not buy from these people. They are rude and dishonest.

Spent $500 on bed sheets… too much It took us a long time to get back on our feet after Katrina hit. This company is so unprofessional! This is why I will recommend staying with major retailers. They sent the wrong size. And the size went out of stock. We sent it back. They never gave us our money back. Kept saying wait for their returns team… waited 2 months! They’re incredibly disorganized. Had to call my bank. Stick to Amazon.

Ordered from Cozy Earth a few bedding sets as wedding gifts for close friends of ours. However when they came we felt the quality wasn't worth the price. We attempted to return and they were trying to pressure us into keeping the products. They're too expensive in this economy. We can't recommend.

This company is a joke.. I should have known "recommended by Oprah" was a red flag. I ordered over $500 worth of sheet sets and when I got them, they weren't the color I was hoping for. I processed a refund, packaged them up, and sent them back in the mail. Somewhere along the way, they got lost in transit and the company told me I cannot get my refund since they did not receive the product back. I disputed the charge and they fought back against it saying the refund was cancelled, so I lost the dispute. Now Im out almost $600 when Im positive they have insurance and reimbursements in place to handle things like this. Incredibly upset about how this was handled and warned my friends and followers that this company is not reliable!

I placed an order for a pair of the linen/bamboo sheets. I purchased the protection plan. The sheets never arrived to my home. I have contacted them multiple times. I have requested a refund, as I purchased sheets elsewhere. I would honestly not recommend ordering from this company. I do not want a replacement as I am unhappy with how this has been handled. On their website, you cannot even leave a review. I cannot imagine how many of them are fake or exaggerated. There are much better companies like Coyucci and Boll and Branch. I will be starting the dispute. Don't purchase the theft protection. It is absolutely worthless.

I ordered a king set of bamboo sheets and paid $307. Washed them one time and the pilling on fitted sheet started. I contacted cozyearth and they immediately sent replacement fitted sheet. Same thing…one washing and the pilling started. I asked for a refund and yesterday received one for $143.20…I’ve emailed asking why only one-half refund and no response. The Sheets were so large it was hard to get them to stay on bed. I would never recommend this company or product. Paying this much money for a set of sheets to sleep on them for one week is a joke. 7/12/23....just spoke with customer service and they said there was a misunderstanding and i just received a full refund.
