Some of the clothes have potential to be good, especially the t shirts but I am having issues with all of them, and even moreso the customer service. Lots of threading coming loose, pilling etc. Customer service has been woeful. I keep getting copy and pasted messages to my emails, and then I am told to wait 2 days for a solution. It's now been 3 days and no communication. This is made much more frustrating by the fact that I'm an international customer and am losing out a lot on delivery and return fees.

Well the horror stories are true. Going against my better judgment I ordered from this company. Spent almost $1000. Contacted them because my order arrived incomplete. The supervisor I spoke to I felt was very racist to accuse me of living in a “hood-like” area, and that I should ask my neighbors if they took items out of my package. Then told me to contact UPS. I’m from Brooklyn mistakes do happen on the retailer side but to blame me or my geographic location and not question yourself is unacceptable. I’m missing $600 worth of my order and they would not help. I had to call my Visa to get this fixed. The items we did get. They feel like garbage and wanted to return those too. The company is a mess. The customer service people are bad people. My family will never spend a dime with this company again and we have advised all our friends to stay away. You should too!

First off, if you’re looking for bamboo sheets, I find this website to be extremely pricey. I ordered these sheets as a gift for my father in law as he expressed that he really wanted to try them. I paid over $700 for a set of sheets and duvet blanket for a king size bed. I also purchased the package protection for the god forbid that something happened to my package. Long story short, this company sent the package via usps to where it was supposedly left outside at my door which I never received. I contacted the company immediately to see if they could figure out what was going on and they asked that I contact usps myself and file a claim? When I went online to file a claim with USPS, it says on their site that only the seller can file the claim so I contacted Cozy Earth, and they told me that they would re-ship the package which was great, except I leave tomorrow at 5am to backpack through Europe with my family for my partners fathers 60 birthday and really needed the package prior to leaving. They did offer to re-ship it to whatever location I would be staying at, which I politely declined just given the fact we would be bouncing around and didn’t want to risk not receiving the package again. Long story short, just know that if there is ever an emergency or something along the lines of this that transpires this company will not work with you. The items I purchased were a gift, I understand that they offered to re-ship which was much appreciated but didn’t want to risk showing up empty handed to a party with no gift because of a mixup in the shipping. This is also an e-commerce business. Please note that the sheets aren’t worth the hype. There’s a reason tjat they will re-ship before offering customer a refund. They mark everything up a crazy amount and don’t have the customers best interest at heart.

For the $1150+ that I spent on the Blanket (white) comforter(white) the Sheet set with the default cover, The joggers, long sleeve shirt, short shorts. I wouldn’t purchase them all again!! For one I have to take them to a laundromat ( the comforter and the Duvall cover) you can’t wash with an agitator!! And when I purchased my, stuff WHITE was the only color option!! So not worth getting them in WHite for obvious reasons!!! So now every time I look at them and have to wash them!! I think why did I purchase them!! Never again

Although the fabric maybe nice, the sizing was terrible. I have a CA king and the fitted sheet was very loose and the top sheet was hanging almost to the floor on all sides of the bed. I would expect sheets to fit better especially since these sheets were costly.

Bad Company…Disorganized, Rude, Deceitful, Crooks. Don’t buy anything here. Spent almost $700 here, I hate myself for it. My delivery came, the order was missing the queen set, and the king set was a used and opened set. Contacted them and they accused me of lying and said not to call back that I wasn’t getting a replacement. Now I want to return the whole order but some was missing. I’m working with my bank to resolve since this company has serious issues. I strongly recommend not to buy from them. I’ve had first hand experience. The horror stories are true.

Not buying here ever again! Can’t believe I’m saying this but I should’ve listened to my husband. I ordered 2 king bedding sheet sets on an impulse for our daughter. My husband told me to cancel he said no sheets should cost this much. He was right. They sent my daughter someone else’s return! They were used and repackaged. Scrunched up in a ball in each of the zip bags they came in. Contacted to return/exchange, the jerk didn’t believe me. He was rude, and he either hung up on me, or lost service. My husband then initiated the return online, and we shipped them back. Now they’re saying they don’t have them, but UPS says they delivered the return. They’re actually trying to rip off their customers.

This company is a joke and a scam I returned my package over a month ago and still haven’t gotten a refund, when I spoke to customer service he was really rude and no help whatsoever. The company tried telling me to contact ups for a refund so it doesn’t come out of their earnings…. Will be contacting my cc to dispute these charges. Can’t believe Oprah Stands by this terrible crooked company
