Ordered towels last fall. After one washing faulty threads. Gave reason for return. Got a hand written letter from CEO offering me $75 gift single use with no minimum. No expiration. Nothing about a sale item. Went to use it on a sale item and would not take code. Rep took it to higher ups and nothing. Some “gift”. I’ve let people know and will continue to post about this CEO & company.

Ordered the Comfy Blanket, shipped to the wrong address but that was my fault. Had to call to find out it was returned. Was told it will be reshipped the next day and it never was. 10 days later I had to call in to find out that the reshipped package was never shipped, there fault, now the product is out of stock. There made zero effort to contact me at anytime during the entire process. We will be returning the 5 sets of bed sheets now.

Bedding....was under the assumption that these products were made in the USA but they are MADE IN CHINA! You can buy the same product for less from Amazon, at least they tell you it's made in China up front. They try and say they work for wonderful people in China, which I'm sure they are very nice people but technically the contract is with the Chinese government, that's how it works in China.

I recently made a purchase that I requested be sent as a gift and completed a gift card along with my purchase. Upon completion of my purchase, I did not see any indication of that my purchase has been noted as a gift, so I immediately followed up with an email to the company as well as a live chat to cover my bases. I was assured by the customer service rep that the gift status and card were likely included and that I wouldn’t be able to see it until I received notification of shipment. The customer service rep was unwilling to take the extra step to go into my order and look to see if it was there. I told the rep that it was important to me that the gift not be sent with an invoice and that the gift card be received but this did not seem to matter to the rep. My item was of course shipped with the price and invoice and no gift card. I followed up with the company, and no amends were made.

Never received order. They had me wait several days and insisted that one of my neighbors must have my package. Paid extra for shipping protection, but they will only send nonrefundable and nonreturnable item. So now if i do not like it, I cannot send it back. Very unclear if this is even legal but certainly not good business practice when they should be able to recover the cost of the lost item from the deliverer.

This pillow is the most uncomfortable pillow I’ve ever bought. Very disappointed.

Trying to buy something, I’m a first time customer and your ads states 35% of all apparel. I put 2 items in my cart ( full price ) and the discount does not apply. After 6 text’s with a customer rep and back and forth the company will not honor its advertisement. Too many companies to buy from. Not worth the hassle.

Cozy Earth is starting to seem like a scam. I ordered a Queen Bamboo Sheet set, paid over $250 for it, and within 6 months the fitted sheet ripped at the seams. I've never had a fitted sheet rip before, let alone at this price point. I filed a warranty claim and they sent me a another fitted sheet, which was a completely different product than the original. The replacement was shiny whereas the original was matte. The replacement seemed like a cheap silk knock off, scratchy as heck, you could even see the textile of the fabric whereas that's not the case with the original. I can't believe I wasted so much money on a pair of sheets, I will never buy from this company again.
