Save your money I ordered 3 pairs of pajamas for Christmas presents before thanksgiving and haven’t received them yet. On top of that they are now on sale. In addition to that they just notified me part of my order is out of stock. So I don’t have the order so I don’t know which pjs are not coming or when the other two pieces are coming. Terrible service.

I recently ordered two Brushed Bamboo Pullover Crew shirts, size XL and two Brushed Bamboo Ragland Tee Shirts, also in size XL. One Pullover Crew shirt and one Tee Shirt were discounted 35% on Black Friday and the other Pullover Crew Shirt and Tee Shirt were discounted 70% with the caption "We Made Too Much, Sale Final". When the products arrived the deeply discounted Pullover Crew shirt was significantly smaller (Each sleeve was 3" shorter) and the deeply discounted Tee Shirt was at least a size smaller. I called their Customer Service Department to request the shirts be exchanged for the proper size and was told "So I do apologize about the slight difference in sizing with those items. All our products are sized, but can vary slightly from top to top. You are a wonderful customer and we appreciate that, but I have to follow the "We made too much sale" Policy that those items are final sale". Terrible customer service and awful product quality control issues to have sizing be this different for identical products in different colors. I suspect they knew about the sizing issue and were offering the deep discount to clear out their inventory problems. I will never again purchase something from Cozy Earth and like other unsatisfied customers of theirs that wrote reviews on this website, I filed a claim with my Credit Card Company.

My item is backordered until 2/1 yet I had to pay for it now. I do not know if I will like it and I hate paying this far in advance

I placed my very first order with them over a week ago. They immediately charged my card. I was just advised the item sold out, they don't have any other options to ship and it will take 3-5 business days to refund back to my card. Hold times both on the phone and chat are over 15 minutes. Quite unfortunate for a first time experience and I will not be back to try again!!

I placed an order 10 days ago and it has not shipped even though my card was charged in full. When I sent an email inquiry I received an automatically generated reply that told me to wait for a shipping email- useless information. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card now.

I love how soft your products are, but I will not order from Cozy Earth again. The process was terrible. I was going to place my order one evening, but I needed a size. The next day the same item was $85 more. That is ridiculous!!! Items are advertized as a price, but when you try to buy them, the price is different (way more). Shipping is supposedly free, but you add some kind of mandatory crazy fee that jacks up the price even more. I hate the games - just want to make a choice based on a price without all the added nonsense. Always feel like I am getting ripped off. Sad b/c I love the products, but I'm done. Even to submit this review, they play games with my identity. Boo Cozy Earth!!!

While I loved my first purchases, my second purchase did not go well, because I needed customer service and they were NOT helpful. I live overseas, and our items were shipping to an APO...they got stuck in the states... I called customer service twice... both times, they advised they would follow up with me directly, and DID NOT. Ultimately they told me to contact USPS, and if that didn't work, to call them back...Seriously??? Customer service for me, is more important than anything... your products may be nice, but your customer service needs work; especially with the amount of money these items cost. There is no excuse for bad customer service.

I purchased 3 pairs of shorts for my family. One out of 3 kind of fit. They all run small. I requested a return and was told it was a final sale and am out of luck and am expected to lose over $100. Cozy Earth will neither refund or exchange. I did not see final sale at the time of purchase. I do not purchase final sale items especially when they are gifts, that makes absolutely no sense. Sandrah has been responding to my return request and has offered no reasonable remedy. Reputable retailers expect returns and exchanges during the holiday gift giving season. If this is Cozy Earth's hard policy, I recommend you not purchase from them unless you have money to lose.
