I purchased several items but returned 3 items. They only refunded me for 2 of the 3 items I returned claiming they hadn't received the 3rd. This didn't make sense as all the items were returned in the same box. I had to work very hard to save up for these items and they refused to refund me the $177 I spent on the linen sheets. The sheets were scratchy to the touch and I didn't even take them out the package. Something happened on their end with the return but I had to suffer for it because they refused to give my money back. But I don't accept this. I will file a complaint with the bbb and dispute the charge on my debit card. I returned the item. I'm not responsible for what happened on their end. I did my part.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift and was never told the item was out of stock. It took me personally reaching out for them to tell me that I wouldn’t be receiving the item and they would have to cancel my order. No problem charging my card but the fact that they never reached out to make me aware of the issue is extremely alarming. Proceed with caution placing any order online. In reply to the reply I received. After reviewing my email and spam folder no email was received 2 days after the order or at all and no update was placed on my account via their website.

Placed an order on December 4th It said shipping in 2-3 busniess days, no inclination that it would be delayed due to the time of the year... It has been 9 business days, no answer on when order will ship... I am cancelling and never buying from here... It is understandable to have delays this time of the year, but to not advertise delays and than subsequently be unable to provide updates is ridiuclous

I won't burden you with all the details, but their customer experience is terrible. Headlines: 1. I couldn't get straight answers on when my order would arrive. (It finally did.) 2. In just the 7 days after I placed the order, I received 14 marketing messages (email, text). They can't wait to see how I like my first order before bombarding me with upsell, cross-sell, and other messages

I ordered some pajamas for my wife for Christmas. There was no indication anywhere that the pajamas were not in stock. Cozy takes a week to tell me “we’re sorry” and cancel my order, then hang on to my money for another 3-5 business days. Not very good for my first experience with Cozy.

I ordered the sheets November 24th. Today is December 11th and although the shipping label has been created they still haven't shipped the sheets. When I attempted to get information about what was going on they said they were within the parameters of their shipping policy. No apology not even nice about how they said it. When I challenged them through text they blocked me and sent me a text saying I had been unsubscribed from text messaging. So if you plan on getting sheets for Christmas pay the extra money for expedited shipping or your order will sit there until they get damn good and ready to ship. Whenever that is. I will never buy anything from them again no matter how good the sheets are. I choose to work with companies that are respectful of their customers. With this company I was treated like what they sell. Sheet(s)

I have been a long time customer of Cozy Earth. However, I will not deal with them again. They canceled my order today because they had inventory issues. I ordered items 3 weeks ago and they were Christmas gifts. I tried emailing, texting and phoning today. I wanted options to switch items or wait for inventory to be replaced. Some type of help? Not one person responded to my communications. I just got an other email that my order was canceled. Horrible customer service. You have lost an excellent customer.

Very disappointed with Cozy Earth. While placing an on-line order the price for the items changed and of course the price was always higher. Also misleading advertising for pj sets.
