This is an update to a previous review regarding the high restocking fee. JK reached out to me, and when I emailed back, they not only waived the restocking fee and refunded the entire amount of the tee shirt, as an extra measure, they refunded my entire order. The response was positive and immediate, and above and beyond. I was not expecting that, since I kept the other two items I'd purchased, but I appreciate going the extra mile to improve the customer experience. I'm not sure whether I'll order from them again, as I'm still trying the pajamas, and it seems if I had to do another return, the restocking fee would still be an issue unless I reached out to customer service. But after the positive customer service response, I would be open to it.

I’ve genuinely loved Cozy Earth products and, until recently, had a great overall experience with the brand. Over the past few months, I’ve purchased clothing, three sets of sheets, two coverlets, and a blanket — and I even signed up for the membership. I want to provide an update to my earlier review. Once I was finally able to reach a live person, everything was resolved, and the customer service representative was delightful and very helpful. The issue with my coverlet exchange was taken care of, and I appreciate the professionalism once I was connected to a human. That said, it did take longer than expected to get to that point. Reaching customer service required some persistence, which was frustrating for a premium brand. I do hope that the initial response time improves going forward. Ultimately, I will continue to be a Cozy Earth customer because the quality of the products truly is excellent. While I certainly hope I don’t need to contact customer service again, it’s reassuring to know that once you do reach someone, the issue does get resolved.

Updating my review: had an issue with one of my orders. After some back and forth with support, they went above and beyond to make things right. Very quick and attentive response, and I received replacement items within just a couple days. Thanks!

+Cozy Earth was running a promotion for discounted bedding and early Black Friday deals + when you spent $399+ you receive free pajamas. First the free promotional never came up at the end of the order nor did they provide a code. When I contacted them, in chat that day, they did not respond until afternoon the next day. Which I then had to call them to try and get the promotional item that was due to me. When I did finally get ahold of a person, after almost 20 mins on hold, he stated there was nothing he could do and I could get it in the next promotion, which is a ridiculous response, since the only reason I order the additional items on my order was for the free pajamas. In addition you should note you cannot use your credits you earn buy buying products with them or you will not receive your discount or promotion. They charge $149 for their membership for you to earn 20% in credits on all of your purchases that you cannot use unless the product is full price. UPDATE - 11/25/25 Cozy Earth did reach out post review apologizing for the experience and fulfilling the promotional item, I give them credit for following up and in doing so I have altered this review with the update to reflect their ability to try and make it right but their customer service team should have taken the necessary steps to do so right away.

UPDATE 11/6/25 I am updating my review to 4 stars as I have worked with 2 of the leadership at Cozy Earth and feel they worked hard to make this situation right. Max was very apologetic about the concerns and poor service I had received. He expedited the order to my friend and she loves the pajamas. In addition, he credited me for the full amount. I later was contacted by senior leadership to hear about my concerns and experience. I explained all that I had gone through to fix the order and my concern for the future of their business if they continue to operate this way. I feel like they heard my concerns and seem to genuinely care that their customers leave satisfied. I am hopeful that this situation will not happen again and was just a rare mishap. Thankful it has all worked out and I am thankful that the leadership at this company worked with me to keep a future customer! ORIGINAL REVIEW 10/22/25 I would give negative stars if I could!! They claim to have wonderful quality items so I ordered a pair of "cozy" pajamas for a friend that just had surgery. They do not send you a confirmation to notify when they will be delivered so it was a waiting game. Once they were received, my friend realized that there were 2 tops and no bottoms! I called customer service (10/9/25) and was placed on hold for 25 minutes at which point I was told that they needed photos of the packing slip and the items. I did that while on the phone and was then placed on hold for another 2 times. I was then told to send photos of the items outside of the packing, the tags and the bags. I had my friend do that for me. I was told that they would get back to me but they would be "closed for the weekend" so I needed to wait until Monday. On Monday I called and again was placed on hold for 30 minutes only to then get a recording that they were closed for the holiday (Columbus Day) and they hung up. Someone did email me later in the day and sent a return label and told me they would send out replacement pajamas in a different color (the original were no longer available). Today is 14 days since the original ones were received incorrectly and the new ones have still not been received by my friend. I have sent at least 4 emails and spent an hour and a half on the phone and have received ZERO satisfaction and customer service from this company. The moment they heard that they had made a mistake they should have had replacements in the mail THAT DAY! But instead they must have a policy to receive the incorrect ones back before sending the replacements. Whatever it is...it does not work and I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I have now requested the order be cancelled with a full return. I do not even want their product any longer. Very disappointed!

I placed an order with Cozy Earth, and I believe the package was lost, it took a few contacts to be able to get in contact with them and solve the issue. Once I received the new package their senior leadership in costumer service got in contact with me to understand what had happened and to apologize for the difficult that I had. I gave 4 starts because it was a challenge to contact them but they were attentive after the issue was solved. I would recommend the company because their products are really great.

I love the feel of the white Bamboo Sheets I purchased. Just letting you know they do pill which is disappointing (this is why I did not rate them 5 stars) but, I still really like them. I had a few questions and customer service was great. Am buying a set as a wedding gift for a young couple who would never buy such expensive sheets.
