Horrible company! On Dec 13 Ordered overpriced pajamas for a Christmas gift for a dear friend, here it is Jan 6 no package and no response to my emails. However I did get a survey to rate my nonexistent “conversation” with customer service. What a joke! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Read Cozy Earth's fine print regarding promotions. Their 100 day return policy is garbage if you buy merchandise under a promotion. If you pass 30 days, you are stuck. In my case, I had to choose between exchanging $300 of ill-fitting Christmas gifts or forgoing a $93 "gift card," which is the only reason I bumped that transaction up to $300 in the first place. If I used the gift card today, to prove that I'm not trying to use it in conjunction with my return, then I end all possibilities of exchanging the ill-fitting gifts. This would be so easy for them to fix, yet they refuse. Beware their sneaky inducement tactics and rigid rules that benefit no one. No more Cozy Earth for me.

Cozy Earth has a habit of false advertising. On certain product pages, they indicate a sales price that is 20-30% cheaper than the regular price. However, when you click the product, each item is full retail price with no discount. Customer service will insist there are certain colors that are discounted, but if you search each color listed, all skus are full price. Additionally, Cozy Earth likes to advertise free returns with full refunds. However, when you go to process a return, they claim a handling fee to process the return. There is no reason to advertise full refunds or free returns if you are going to sneak in a handling fee. The clothing pills within a few wears and is not worth the price or frustrations.

Don’t waste your money on over priced sheets from COZY EARTH !!! I spent over $300 US dollars and after the first wash the cozy earth sheets had thread pulls and little fuzzy balls … customer service is absolutely terrible . I sent a formal email and text on DECEMBER 18 2023 and as of December 29 2023 I have NOT received one call or return email …. Save your time and money , Cozy Earth is not up to par with quality and customer service ..

Approx 3 weeks after ordering I had not received anything but a confirmation of the order. When I inquired via customer service email I got an email saying we r working on it and to look out for a tracking email that didn’t come. I called and was told they don’t know when and if the order can be processed. No inventory control and poor systems. They have been in business for 10 years. No excuse. Embarrassing.

Whatever you do, don’t count on Cozy Earth to provide you what they advertise. Smitten with their compelling ads in FB I spent nearly $200 on a set of pajamas for My wife’s Xmas present. Ordered 12/13. They said 2-3 days til shipping. Comes Xmas nothing shows up, no communication from them there is a problem. I reached out to customer service - oh, it’s out of stock says “Alexis” - would you like another color? I tried ordering another color. Oh, says Alexis, that line has actually been discontinued. Would I like a refund? Are You kidding? This was supposed to be my wife’s Xmas present! Now she figures I didn’t even bother! What the heck is wrong with company? DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM COZY EARTH!! They do not hold up to their responsibilities as vendors and don’t seem to give a rat’s you know what.

Right now, you would get a very poor review. My first order could not be filled because of no inventory. You have had my replacement order for 3 weeks with no ship date or tracking. I have talked with a Sarah for 4 days and she can't get a response from shipping. I asked her to cancel my order, she has not yet done that. So, you can see my confidence in your company is not high. I understand inventory issues. I don't understand your inability to be proactive and communicate better. Greg Bean
