I have been a loyal customer for close to 5 months now. I LOVE everything this company makes. I absolutely adore the Extra Weight Cuddle, Double Bubble Cuddle, Bubble Cuddle and the Channel Cuddle Blankets. Superior products! Im not going to sugar coat…like some others I recently had my first, and my only bad experience with customer service. I am not giving up though because my love of the products sold by Cozy Earth overshadows that bad experience. I truly don’t believe it’s possible to find better quality blankets, women’s clothing, or bedding on the market. I have tried many of their competitors and stand by my statement. I love the luxurious feel and superb quality of everything I’ve bought at Cozy Earth. I believe in them so much that I recommend them highly to EVERYONE I’m close to. I highly recommend the membership. I believe the membership is a great benefit to anyone who will shop with Cozy Earth. I’ve been a member for a couple of months and I have definitely benefited. The bad experience. I was very surprised with customer service honestly. A while back there was a promotion for customers who spent over $299 on certain dates, you would be sent a $100 gift certificate. I had just placed an order that morning and immediately afterwards learned of this promotion. I called customer service within 10 minutes of said order and asked if I should see about canceling this order and placing a larger order to qualify. I was told that there was no need to do that… that all I needed to do is place an additional order WITHIN THAT DAY to bring my purchase total over the $299 to qualify. Made sense to me, I did as instructed. I thought I could trust the CE representatives advice. A few days ago I called to see why my gift certificate hadn’t arrived yet and I was told that I would NOT be receiving one. I was told that what the representative told me was NOT true… and that was it. Please understand, I know that a $100 gift certificate isn’t much but it’s the principle of the matter to me. I spend, in my opinion, a fair amount with this company and I expect honesty. If the rep hadn’t been 100% sure of her advice she had given to me she should have spoken with her supervisor. I feel very let down. In the end I was told to look out for promo codes to save money in the future. It was kind of condescending. As stated… the quality of Cozy Earths products are so superior I’m giving them another chance. We all make mistakes and so far that is the only bad experience I’ve had with this wonderful company. I will be much more careful in the future when speaking with their customer service. I will be keeping notes and getting reps names. I truly hope that Cozy Earth works on their consumer relations because I believe in this company. Give Cozy Earth a try and you’ll understand… and a good place to start is with the Extra Weight Classic Cuddle Blanket in Dove Gray on a chilly day and you will understand.

Jessica was incredibly helpful! She assisted me thoroughly with my issue and promptly sent me new socks. Her support was outstanding, and it is truly appreciated

I had the pleasure of working with Sara today on a technicality and she was nothing short of amazing. Her patience and understanding are something to be recognized. She was also able to assist with an exchange of an item which we love (we returned it for a smaller size). Cozy earth is a wonderful find for us and we’ve (my wife and I) each ordered a couple of times. Some say that the items are very expensive, but the quality is so high that we are proud to be repeat customers. That combined with the level of customer service that Sara provides reassures us that we are spending our money in the right place. Thank you so much.

FIRST OF ALL, LET ME START OUT BY SAYING COZY EARTH BEDDING IN A GREAT PRODUCT, I HAD A ISSUE WITH A SHEET AND PILLOW CASES NOT MATCHING, WHEN I TELL YOU THAT SARA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP, SHE DID. I WANT TO THANK HER SO MUCH FOR ALL OF HER HELP

Customer service went above and beyond to assist with a messed up order, for that I am very grateful. Great quality pajamas & sheets! A luxurious treat!

I have to rescind my previous review for Cozy Earth. Initially, I had a horrible experience with their customer service - however, after posting my review, J.K. reached out to me directly and went so far above and beyond to rectify my issue. As I stated before, I love their products and now I can say I truly appreciate their level of customer service. Highly recommend giving them a try!

The sheets and bedding are beautiful and beyond cozy. I have everything from pajamas to slippers to pillows and duvet and look forward to buying more. The service they’ve provided me was highly personalized and has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to be a loyal Cozy Earth fan!

My original review for cozy earth was written after extreme frustration with my order remaining in limbo and not shipping followed by a conversation with their AI chat bot letting me know that I most likely would not receive my order when I needed it and they could help me cancel my order. Within minutes of posting a review online they reached out to me to see how they could fix it. JK from cozy earth went above and beyond expectations and overnighted my original order. Thank you JK. Though I would have preferred to just handle it in house, I cannot express how grateful I am that they did make it right at their expense and treated me much better than I treated them. Oh and their socks are soft too ;), I just may try the sheets.
