Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

For the price of $200 for two bath towels and 4 hand towels I was so excited to receive what I thought would be the best towels I have ever owned. I washed them a couple of times before I used them and was shocked to see the unraveling of the material. I bought them on clearance which stated they could not be returned. I am incredibly disappointed.

I ordered my item on February 1st and it never shipped. I emailed several times and each time I was sent an automated "Here is your order number and look for your tracking". I finally found a number to call, and what do you know it was an order that was a "pre-order" that was never communicated to me. I was supposed to have received an email telling me this but I received a "thank you for your order" email". It was also never listed on the site as this either.

However you spend your time today, do NOT have anything to do with Cozy Earth. This is a disreputable company and should be investigated by the FTC. I merely looked into buying a product from Cozy Earth, but I did not. For weeks now, they continue to bombard my cell phone constantly with texts to buy. I block their texts but they slip around and keep on texting without stop. Where is the FTC?

1. Not a good value. 2. Descriptions of article is misleading 3. Final sale, but no regard to exchange for better fit 4. Ridiculous pricing on a blouse, then reduction in price, so you think it will be a superior product. 5. Total disregard for keeping returning customers.6. Heads up warning, not to do business with Cozy Earth, they are not customer friendly.

As much as I expected cozy earth products to blow my mind, they did not. The Bamboo hoodie had a flaw in the stitching right in the front. The kind that would have made the entire stitch line to come undone in one shot. That would not have been a big deal if they had a seamless return process. The online portal didn’t work and their support team nearly took a whole week and 3 different follow emails to respond. Still waiting to see if my exchange will ever show back up in the mail wich will only get dispatched after I send them back the current product so it will be weeks before I receive my actual product.

I was really hoping that your fitted sheets would snug to the mattress instead of fitting like a burlap gunny sack with so much excess material that it rolls up underneath a person and is very uncomfortable. $200 for one fitted(actually unfitted) California King & 2 Pillow cases is totally ridiculous for the poor quality of this "Chinese Crap”. It’s not just CozY Earth sheets either, it’s seems like it is all sheets now days as nothing is manufactured in the U.S. anymore.

I ordered a Queen size waffle blanket for my bed. It was so large, the sides were on the floor. I was told I had 100 days to try it at home. When I went to return the item, I was told it was a too many made, and I could not return it, though the Customer Service Rep sent me a link to return it! I wrote to the company and they pretty much told me too bad! Horrible, waste of $175. I will not purchase from them again! After I wrote this review, Cozy Earth contacted me and gave me a full refund. I think that was the correct thing, so I am a happy camper!

We own a lot of Cozy Earth and received a defective pajama top, let me tell you, their customer support is horrible at best. They want to charge us for the return, as this is now sold out and if they replace it with a different color, it will be way more expensive. We paid full price for these. We will never purchase from them again. Mostly a great product, but heaven help you if there is a damaged article received.
