Cozy Earth is among the worst shopping experiences i have ever had. Stay away from this scam site and sketchy merchant. Ordered products online however the order was canceled two days later due to "unconfirned" payment identity. Hello? Call the customer to verify? Never got a call. Wasted so much time. Customer service response? Rehashing the same nonsense. This Cozy Earth merchant appears to be running a marketing gimmick and credit card scam. Stay away from these amateurs. Totally incompetent.

Don’t bother
Ordered a duvet cover and sheet set received two duvet covers. I contacted customer service about their error and was asked for a picture of the package tags. After sending those I was now asked to send a picture of both duvet covers laid out. At this point I’m annoyed thinking they think I’m lying. I’m left still waiting for my replacement two weeks after the back and forth emails. To be honest the material of the linen material seems rough. I’m not looking forward to receiving the sheets given after now reading and experiencing the nightmare return experience. For the cost and lack of customer service this will be my last order with cozy earth. Not worth the price quality and inconvenience.

RETURN SCAM
Their return process is easy but you are raped on fees and shipping cost if you do initiate a return. I bought sheets and a pajama top, which did not fit. I used a discount code and bought the top for $30. My credit after the return was $13.00. Done with companies that charge $400 for sheets or $70 for a top and if you are dissatisfied, the return is on you.

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent return experience.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we value your business.
In regards to the handling fee, it's important to note that this practice is common in the industry and reflects market standards. However, we understand your concerns and have made an exception by waiving the fee for your return this time.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I would never advise anyone to buy…
I would never advise anyone to buy anything on sale. Some sort of error was made in sizing and they refused to make a return or swap for
the correct size. Customer service was very frustrating to deal with because I kept getting conflicting stories as to what my original order was.

They don't post any negative reviews on…
They don't post any negative reviews on their website. They charge a 'security' shipping fee and a processing fee for returns so it's about $20 lost to return one item.
Cozy Earth responded and I want to address their notes:
- They did not respond to comment about negative reviews.
- The Shipping protection fee has poor UX. It looks like you can opt out of it, but it's on an screen that is easy to miss through the normal shopping flow. It does not show as optional in the shopping cart.

Hi Megan,
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our return process. It's important for us to address your concerns.
Regarding the return fee, we'd like to clarify that the processing fee is an industry standard that helps cover the costs associated with handling returns, including inspection, restocking, and processing.
Additionally, the "shipping fee" you mentioned is actually optional shipping protection, which provides coverage for lost or damaged items during transit. This fee is not mandatory, and customers are given the choice to opt-in or opt-out during the checkout process.
We understand that return fees can be frustrating, and we strive to be transparent about our policies to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of the costs involved.
While we cannot control the overall sentiment of our reviews, we strive to address each review, positive or negative, to the best of our ability. We want to assure you that it is not our intention to hide or suppress negative reviews. In fact, it would be illegal and against our principles of transparency to do so.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We value your feedback and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

A rip of a return/exchange policy. Don’t chance it.
Overpriced bamboo clothing, sold at high end discount pricing. Quality appeared good but my sizing was off. After contacting costumer support was told no exchanges or returns on any sale pricing. Everything was sale pricing, what a rip and a total loss for the consumer. Beware!

The waffle bathrobe I purchased fell…
The waffle bathrobe I purchased fell apart - the stitching came out on the pocket, and there are threads coming out all down the robe.
I attempted to contact Customer Service by E-mail - twice - but nobody got back to me. Then I tried to call, but after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up and tried another way to return online. It said the item was not available for return, but that I could use some of the money to select another item. When I tried to do that, it took me right to the Purchase column, but the exchange price wasn't there. The $108 exchange price!
Customer service finally responded but then did nothing! Don't make a mistake in order from these people!

NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE - an incredibly deceitful company
I ordered three different items from the men's bamboo collection in Navy for my husband's birthday. Immediately upon opening the package, I could see that not one, not two, but ALL THREE items were badly defective: prominently marked with large, shiny chemical stains/burns across the front and back, and on the shorts and joggers, deep indentations (not creases) where the drawstrings were permanently pressed into the main fabric during production. There is an indisputable systemic issue with the navy colorway, one that I'm sure this company is well aware of.
And how did Cozy Earth respond when I sent them a detailed email with clear photos showing the extensive defects? Customer service agent said: "We understand that you are interested in replacing the pants and shorts you purchased due to some defects, however, we regret to inform you that the items included in our "We Made Too Much" sale are considered final sale items, and as clearly indicated on our website, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced."
Excuse me...you call it the “we made too much” sale, not the “we made defective products” sale. I've combed the website and I still can't find any page saying that defective products will not be replaced or refunded if they are marked as final sale. DEFECTIVE products, not products that don't fit or are being returned on a whim. And they say this policy is "clearly indicated"... Never in my LIFE have I known another company to impose a policy like this. No respectable brand sells defective products without the possibility of return or replacement.
After several exchanges with customer service, it is clear that I will receive no recompense from them, least of all a refund. Even the hoodie, which I payed full price for and is supposedly covered by the warranty, is proving extremely difficult to exchange. I filed a warranty claim with clear evidence, it took them a full week to get back to me, and I just received an email saying that my warranty claim has been denied for...no reason given. Now they're asking that I apply for an exchange which means I have to send the defective item back (are they going to try to resell it??) and pay $15 for return shipping.
Anyone who's browsed the site or seen an ad knows that a huge part of Cozy Earth's marketing focuses on their "rest easy", "effortless" returns and exchange policy, 10 year warranty, and 100 Night sleep trial, amazing promises that go a long way in reassuring customers that they can trust the quality and customer service provided by a brand. However, THERE COULD BE NO GREATER MISREPRESENTATION of this brand's ethos. They are deceitful, unresponsive, and full of unpleasant surprises. Avoid at all costs.
