Allison and Mark quickly resolved my issues and stayed on top of it that resolved my issue within hours, not days, not weeks. They were communicative and helpful. So nice to have a company stand by their products that have associates providing great service. I have been a CE customer 6 years and they will continue to get my business.

The comfort of my sheets and my pillowcases are amazing. Life-changing is the word and the sheets and comforter keep you cool at night This company stands by their product and If you have any issues, they don’t mind replacing it with a 10 year warranty, which I find superb any questions or concerns Their customer service team is always available and has answered me within 24 hours. Five stars to cozy earth can’t wait to try their pillows and towels.

I really appreciate their 10 year warranty. This length of warranty for sheets is rare! They were speedy and kind through the whole warranty claim process, and it was easy to get my new product. I will stand by this brand for their customer service and dedication to their products.
