Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

I heard about this company through the Ramsey Show and recently purchased a set of king and queen bedsheets + pillows. I opted for the cotton sheets as I've had mixed results with bamboo in the past. These are the most comfortable sheets I've ever experienced and I will purchase more so that I can add them to the rotation during laundry day.

Update...cozy earth leadership reached out to me and did everything they could do to make things right. Even though i did not receive the package on time for mother day, my mom still freaking loved the clothes. The quality and softness is always top teir. My mother in law also loved her clothes, although i did have to exchange for a different size. That process was still free, btw.. Thank you cozy earth. When i can afford the splurge, your still my go to brand........ I have purchased quite a few things from cozy earth over the years. Product quality has always been good. My most recent purchase was on 4 /27 during their mother's day sale. A few days later, I convinced my husband he should buy his mother her present from cozy earth. He placed his order. About a week later, his order arrived but mine still had not. I checked the tracking and seen that my order had not moved since the initial order. I contacted customer service. The AI representative told me it's all still in the time frame wait a few more days. Four days later I check. Still no movement. Email again. Sean emails me back and tells me to wait some more. THIS IS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT from a luxury brand, and I have to wait until after mother's day to get this reshipped?? There would have been plenty of time to get my mother her gifts on time. After the fact, I read on their website that exchanges on clothing are no longer free and that if I do have to use the shipping protection that I paid for, my items are no longer eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. I am actually shocked with all their policy changes. I understand stuff happens but this is not the customer service I expect from a "luxury brand."

Absolutely love my Cozy Earth comforter soft, luxurious, and worth every penny. What impressed me even more was the fast and hassle free claim for my fitted sheet... Huge thanks to Sara for her exceptional customer service she was efficient, and truly went above and beyond. She’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to membership queries... She definitely deserves a a raise!

Top-notch experience! Everyone in my family including me received cozy earth clothing for Christmas! They all LOVED the feel and fit. High quality and washes well. Will definitely be purchasing more for gifts in the future. Customer service took care of business in record time. You don't see this level of personal attention often—10 stars from my family!!

Great experience with COZY EARTH and Sara, as usual. They were able to replace defective items at no extra charge which was a surprise and typical for a classy company such as COZY EARTH. Thank you Sara for being understandingly kind.

Customer service representative, David, provided the excellent support I except from a great company with the world’s best products.

I was having trouble with a promo code and was getting quite frustrated. Sara stayed calm and very patient with me, and she guided me through everything clearly. You can tell she really wants to help. Cozy Earth needs more people like her. I appreciate the help very much.

A pleasant experience to deal with company.
