Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Their warranty is great. They stand behind their products and that is so important when the items are so expensive

I had a question about the return timeline that required a very quick response to adjudicate and I got an email back within two hours that pointed me in the right direction and corrected my issue. The return process is also very smooth.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I recently decided to try their towels. The towels I got didn’t warm up in my towel warmer so I reached out to customer service. Joanne was amazing. She gave me her input, helped me process my exchange and I am in love with my new set of towels that warm up nicely in the towel warmer. The whole exchange process was a breeze. Very happy with Cozy Earth.

I had 2 towels that had issues and I go in contact with Cozy Earth. Their customer service is wonderful. Because of the warranty on the towels I received 2 new ones in the mail. Every company should be like them.

Cozy Earth earth is a excellent company to work with. They will go the extra mile to help with any issues you might have. I highly recommend this company and a quality merchandise.

Replaced sheets that had an issue, very simple

I have several sets of Cozy Earth sheets and pajamas. Recently one set began to pill, which surprised me because the quality is excellent. However, upon contacting customer service and sharing photos, they quickly rectified the issue and sent a new sheet.

I’ve been using the bamboo sheets for several years and they still feel as good as when new. The customer service team have all always been awesome. Knowledgeable and so easy to work with. These sheets are so worth the money to me and they come with a great warranty.
