I have two sets of towels that I love from Cozy Earth, so I figured I would give the sheets a try even though they’re a bit pricey. I ordered one fitted king sheet and two pillow cases in the bamboo material. Out of the package they feel heavenly. After the very first wash, both pillow cases and the sheet all have rips at the seams. I have contacted customer support 3 times now and provided pictures and no one has gotten back to me. I’m so incredibly disappointed. The sheets are in the garbage and they’ve lost my business for good. Editing in order to reply to Cozy Earth and how they responded to this review - I specifically asked the customer service representative if I still need to file a claim the “normal way” even though they asked for my order number and pictures via text and she said “No, we will take care of you this way this time”. I continue to receive marketing texts which I’ve opted out of. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!

The sheets are great. Best sheets we have ever had. But socks were added to the order that I had previously taken off the order. The socks added $37.57 to the order after discounts. But I only wanted sheets. To return them, I only get $28.71 back. So I will wear the socks which will make them unsellable again. Then I will return them less the $9 trial cost. I want to write a good review for Cosy Earth, but they have stupid policies of adding on socks to orders of people who only want to order sheets. I talked to two people at Cozy Earth and they would rather save $9 and get back their socks in unsellable condition rather than do the right thing and refund the entire $37.57. They have created an unhappy customer who will not order again from them over $9.

Cozy Earth adds shipping protection service fees without your permission (most credit cards already include this service). The insurance price increases with the number of items you order, and turning off this feature is nearly impossible. If you do an exchange, they waive their “restocking fee,” which seems like just another scam fee. Moreover, the clothes are already very expensive since they are made in China. I purchased a comforter for a friends birthday four months ago and she mentioned it’s already tearing, I’m so embarrassed !! It was supposed to be a nice gift for her 70th birthday If you want to use store credit, which is essentially your own money that they have refused to return, you are required to pay full price for sale items. For example, if pants are on sale for $117, using your credit will make the price $180. This not a credit given by the company for buying their product is your money, they have been holding hostage This means you are penalized for using your own money, which they earn interest on. They are acting more like an insurance company, bank, and lending company rather than a clothing and bedding store. In addition, the quality of their materials has declined, feeling more plastic and slippery than natural.

***UPDATE*** 09/19/2024 After completing all the work, with no help from Cozy Earth, I received the package. The items are not what I expected, and that is okay, but not everything is perfect when ordering online. However, the kicker... $11.99 "processing fee" to get a refund for towels. This is not a television in a big box that has to be sold for a discount, or other large items, towels! There are too many issues with this company and its policies. You are nickel and dimed at every possible turn. Sure, "free shipping" sounds great, until something isn't right and you do all of the work, pay extra for shipping insurance (which is provided to Cozy Earth free of charge from USPS), and then you need to return the items and another $12 down the drain. There are too many wrong things with the company and how it conducts business in 2024 compared to other businesses with comparable products. Be very wary of dealing with this company. First, they add some "buyer protection" for shipping insurance at checkout. If dealing with a reputable company, this is not usually an extra charge as it is included in shipping. Second, if your package is not delivered, it is up to the customer to perform all of the work, like filing a claim with USPS, contacting USPS, waiting for USPS, etc. Cozy Earth's customer service is via email or chat, no phone. I have now spent over an hour dealing with USPS because Cozy Earth lacks customer support. Unfortunately, I have given their customer service three attempts to make it right, and they have failed at every attempt. This is the first company I have ever dealt with that makes the customer do all of the work when a package is not delivered. Be very wary of this company's policies.

Either style changed or made wrong twice. Pillow cases used to have a nice 4"hem around pillow case got these new ones and it is a 1" seam . Looks like a cheap bag...Hate it ....... will be returning again

Be careful when checking out. Cozy adds a “shipping protection” fee to your order in case it is lost in the mail. Additionally, there is a “handling fee” if you return an item without doing an exchange. I would think their high prices would more than cover these costs. I’ve no idea on the quality of their products as I returned mine unopened and I don’t plan on purchasing from them in the future.

After being a loyal customer, having purchased a few sheet sets; I was quite disappointed with my last purchase. The order was for the Linen Bamboo sheet set. Unfortunately, it was an oversight on my part, not realizing that they were not the same sheets purchased in the past. They were extremely rough and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I immediately expressed my concerns to no avail. The response was that the sheets were on sale and a compensation of any kind could not be accommodated. I will not be purchasing the expensive sheets from this company again.

Purchased Bamboo Sheets in Dec(on sale) for our new home we were building. Actual Move in Date was June 7th, 2024 Within 3 weeks the bottom Sheet was pilling. Very Disappointed! I ended up getting the ones I ordered (Different Co) for my guest room that all my guests were raving about. The biggest disappointment of our many Items we ordered for our new home.
