Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Greatest Quality I was listening to Candace Owen's podcast, and she promoted cozy earth for a while. One day my husband asked to buy white bed sheets that not gonna make us hot while sleeping. So I decided to give it a try, we have already a month using them, love love love it. Yesterday my husband mentioned and thanked for for the bedsheets, that make us feel so cozy in the bed, not overheating. Worth it every penny.

We have had a great experience with our cozy earth sheets. We loved them so much we bought another set right away. The sheets are very comfortable and we don't sleep nearly as hot. We have had two situations with small rips in the sheets. The customer service stood by their promise both times and immediately replaced them with no strenuous effort on our part. The customer service alone has gained your company a customer for life.

Had an issue with quality, was immediately addressed and my sheets were replaced. I was very pleased with the customer service. They were very responsive to make sure I was taken care of.

Fantastic customer service and warranty policy. I love my sheets - they become softer with each wash. Highly recommend!

I love love love these sheets. I’ve purchased 3 sets and I’ve gifted them to family who also love them. I had a warranty issue with a seam pulling apart and it was promptly replaced even though it was about 5 years old!!

I had an issue where I ordered the wrong size blanket, in the end they were able to get me the correct size while also keeping my 20% discount. The customer service was quick and helpful!

I would like to write a few words on Cozy Earth Customer Service representative Stephen. I was looking specifically for a bathrobe. He went above and beyond to gather some further information for me which was excellent. His follow-up was as well. This was the missing part of the puzzle that I needed to complete my purchase. Kudos to you Stephen!

Best customer service I have seen ever. Very responsive and held my hand through an exchange and made sure I was entirely satisfied. Very friendly and helpful throughout and always love their products. Happily including a lot of Cozy Earth in our wedding registry for this reason!
