Love the look and feel of the bed linens, however, one of the king sheets I purchased just weeks ago unravelled at the seam with the first washing. Could see that happening, from time to time, but have heard nothing after submitting a claim to Customer Support. That is really unacceptable for a company I had associated with quality.

Ordered sheets on November 6th and still have not received them. I get emails from them asking to rate my purchase yet I haven’t received anything. Tried on 3 separate occasions to get this resolved and tgey either tell me it may take a few more weeks or don’t even bother answering. Yesterday I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back in about 15 minutes and NOTHING. What kind of a company is this? At this point I just want my money back

Horrible! A returned item arrived at their facility November 22, 2024. In a follow up email today I was told it would take 2 weeks to issue a refund! They are saying their warehouse has to verify and take pictures of the return before a credit can be issued. Ridiculous and inefficient process. Beware! Also, when I called Customer Service the representative could not help me. I was told there were no managers to talk to in an effort to escalate the request. The effort to resolve the issue has already been going on for 10 days. Now it’s on hold for another 2 weeks. Don’t buy here

I had purchased cozy robes on November 14, for my daughter and her husband's anniversary next week because those are the ones they specifically asked for from Cozy Earth (which I had never heard of). I submitted my American Airlines Mastercard credit card that I've had for over 20 years and Cozy Earth accepted it and gave me an order number. Then I get a "refund" email stating my order had been "cancelled" with no explanation. Not until I was going through my spam that I realized a separate email was sent stating: "Unfortunately, your order that you placed with us was flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud. As a result, the order has been canceled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you are able to place the order again via PayPal or with another card that doesn't trigger a high-risk-of-fraud alert, you are welcome to do that!" I solely use this credit card for purchases because I get "miles". I have NEVER had this happen to me with this card. so disappointed with this company especially since my daugher had sent me the website and asked for these robes. It's so embarrassing since this is only their second wedding anniversary and now I have to scramble for a gift. In reading other reviews I noticed that "Ethan" is the one responding for the company. I would hope that he would respond to this review.

My first order sheet set was stained with the duvet cover. called and had them replaced instead of stating will ship it to you right away, he had the nerve to say will wait for your return and then ship out the new order. Your mistake i am paying for, does not speak much. Anyway received the new order after 5 days. The coupon policy sucks, your earned credit points as they say cannot be used in addition to a coupon, would rather shop at macys or another high end store. Not happy at all with their response but your loss.

I loved cozy earth. I have a bathrobe, towels, sheets, and a duvet. But I bought the bamboo linen duvet cover and it was terribly made. Covered with loose threads and the seams came apart the first time I washed it. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to acknowledge they are sending faulty products under the advertising of "we made too much" and not allowing any refund or attempt to make it right. If I buy a product that is supposedly worth $300 and it is defective, I would expect the company to have some kind of recourse. Lost a customer here.

I purchased a duvet cover that was on sale but was still $215 with shipping. The item said that it had a 10 year warranty when I purchased. It was coming apart in several places within two months of receiving so I filed a warranty claim. The claim was denied because the said that they only warranty their full price item. If you buy it on sale, the warranty is void! Their on sale items are still ridiculously expensive. What horrible customer service!

The fabrics are terrible quality, and their customer service is even worse. I agree with all the 1-star reviews. The fabrics feel GREAT at first, then fall apart worse than H&M. I am beyond disappointed after spending several thousand on this and would NEVER recommend this terrible company to anybody, they are scammers. I have spoken to them many many times, turns out there are no warranties for clothing at all. You pay 200 dollars for a tank top and it lasts about 3 weeks before it fades, falls apart and starts pilling. Their customer service is as interested in this as you can see from their response. I have never made such bad experiences with a clothing company before.
