I've been buying Cozy Earth sheets, pajamas and lounge wear for years and have always been happy with the product. I had to return a shirt once due to wrong size and had to wait until it was back in stock several months later, but I wasn't greatly put out by that. I also use their Fount Society skincare products and have been very happy with the products and with their customer service.

I love all cozy earth products. We use their sheets and love them but my favorite product is the jogger pants. My adult children told me that after decades of getting Christmas pj’s that they wanted no more. I switched to the joggers and they love them! Comfortable to sleep it but used for walking, running and over all comfy pants. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because of the return process. It was a process the one time I exchanged. I do have to say that the customer service responded within 24 hours which is amazing.

Customer Service from Christian was excellent… helped w defect (inky stain) on pink T as received… I agree w several other reviews… sheets worth it… clothing tho is to me overpriced and must be air dried, which takes awhile. V. Ughetta

Update - the team reaponded and made it right. Will keep our business and I am making another order now. Folks shopping for deals need to keep the return window in mind. I dont like waiting for the last minute to purchase presents, and if you are the same keep this in mind. November shopping and Black Friday deals may run out of return window if not careful. Original Review - Return window is too short. Bought PJs as a birthday gift and needed to exchange for different size. Missed the window by a week and was politely told tough luck. For unused product at the price point, this is too restrictive and will lose our business going forward. Customer service response times are really long for what they market as a premium brand offering.

I had ordered the women's Always pants. I love them . The fit is true to size. After a few washes the elastic encased in the waistband flipped and twisted within the waistband. I contacted customer service. They quickly responded and reviewed the warranty. Another pair is coming in the mail. Great service and I really love these pants.

I was thrilled with how soft the sheets were, but sadly, one was missing from the set. I called CE’s customer support number and was assisted by a very helpful AI support agent, who immediately dealt with my problem with a follow up email and outlined what next steps would look like — VERY impressive for AI tech, IMHO. I reordered the sheet set knowing I’ll receive my refund, and I can’t wait to get Cozy.

As have purchased from Cozy Earth for years now. They are by far my favorite sheets and worth the splurge for me. I have several of pairs of pajamas as well. Definitely high quality, debatable of their worth the high price tag. Most recently I had an issue that the fitted sheets I received had the right size label on the outside of the product but a different size was inside. Customer service was a little slow to answer my email, but I have a confirmation that the corrected ones should be on their way.
