I ordered bath bundle that included 2 bath towels two hand towels and 4 washcloths. I only received two hand towels and sent pictures of what I did receive. Then another email saying they could not see all the products and tags in picture. I did send both hand towels with tags and shipping receipt. Then I finally called and was able to get them to send me what I didn’t receive and paid for. But…. I have to be here for them to get a signature. I then get an email saying they cannot be returned and there is no warranty. I wasn’t even the one that made the mistake!!!! Terrible company

CE clothes are crazy expensive, and shrink dramatically after washing (even if washing clothing in full compliance with their recommendations). Edit - I responded to the email note below and am pleased with the response from CE. I've removed my comment about customer service accordingly.

Yes their sheets are soft, yes the pajamas are soft and comfortable (although EXPENSIVE) but their RETURN PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE. Be aware it takes a FULL 14 BUSINESS DAYS (over 2 weeks real time) just for them to "approve" your return and give a refund or exchange. I tried to exchange pajamas I received for xmas and by the time 2 weeks had passed and they finally approved it, of course the item I tried to exchange for was out of stock. So frustrating. And their customer service will just have you running in circles.

Husband purchased Cozy Earth pajamas as gift for Christmas. I tried on the pajamas and wasn’t a fan of the material. I completed the online return form and followed specific directions to return pajamas in original packaging. Took package to FedEx drop off center. Received confirmation of drop off from FedEx and Cozy Earth. Two weeks later, I investigated status of return. Surprisingly, long story short, I tracked down tracking number and package delivery. Spoke with customer service agent via “chat” and refund was granted. However, they lessened my refund by $12.55! Unsure of the purpose of the fee. At this price point and considering the depth of work I completed to track down package and contact them, I would think free returns would be customary.

I purchased three sets of Cozy Earth bed linens for my wife and both daughters. Of the three of them each has said the same thing, that they are "OK", but not big fans. I gave them as gifts. Whereas the sheets are nice, they are definitely overpriced and not a good value. We have many bed linens that are just as comfortable and much less expensive, although not made of bamboo. So if bamboo is what you are looking for, then by all means spend the extra money and go with Cozy Earth. But if you are just looking for comfortable linens, which may or may not offer some level of body temperature benefits, there are definitely better values to be had. I would not reorder.

While the product seems of good quality, the description was somewhat unclear: I thought I was ordering a set of pajamas, but in actuality, only the top. The $11.99 restocking fee is very high and vague in what that means. In reality, it is a return shipping cost and should be stated plainly. The return policy says it's a processing fee. Based on an online clothing shop, I would not order from them again. Update 12/29 The return is in transit. In the email regarding the return it states that after the item is inspected and return processed it will take 14 days to get a refund on the original form of payment. Just another reason to not order from the business.

Update: Customer service reached out and did their best to finally process the exchange and ship it out to me. I appreciated them taking reviews and customer experiences seriously!! I ordered a comforter from this brand and had to initiate an exchange because the standard filling was causing my husband and I to sweat under the comforter and duvet cover. We were told by customer service this process usually takes 5-7 days but after reaching out 4 times, it is now a 2-3 week process and the customer service rep who finally responded told me I'd be receiving a refund instead of an exchange?? This lack of detail is unprofessional and I'm not sure this company even knows what it is doing. I would be wary and next time, purchase bedding elsewhere given their customer service doesn't respond - and even when they do, they are unhelpful.

Originally I wrote a bad review because i reached out to customer service and they gave me useless, unactionable advice that waited out my return window of 14 days. JK reached out to me and quickly addressed the issue which I deeply appreciated so I have adjusted my review. If I get my refund back without delay or issue after my return is received, I will change my rating to four stars. Seeing a host of reviews here, I'm seeing that their customer service has serious challenges and I hope they address it.
