Shipping is a disaster! Products are very nice, especially if they are purchased on sale, but the shipping takes forever. I placed an order a month ago and despite countless emails reassuring me that shippping is imminent, the carrier still does not have my package. You should be very carefull when ordering. Shipping may take forever. Customer support is polite but it is like talking to a polite chat bot. All nice words and zero actions. I honestly do not know when my order will arrive...

It’s not a risk free purchase cause you pay $12 for a return, they sent the wrong label to return and claim it never arrived and even acknowledge they messed up but offered no recourse after 4 emails of incorrect info. I had to contest the charge because they’re so incompetent you can’t even get a straight answer. Avoid at all costs UPDATE 8/4/26- JK on the team and I spoke and he made things right. I love the fabric of cozy earth but they need to do so much better with customer service and escalating issues. All I ever wanted was the pants I paid for and given the issue was on their end I’m truly shocked how they handled it but grateful JK made things much better.

I just received my sheets. When I opened the package I almost threw up! They have the strongest chemical smell! I’ll wash them but will send them back if they still smell! I guess that’s what I should expect from China! I’ll only buy from USA from now on

Well I haven’t actually gotten to use the sheets yet but this is for the shopping experience. I ordered sheets (and they are not cheap). They were able to ship overnight so I was ecstatic. Got the sheets, opened the box and there is this yellow stain on them. So I called to initiate a return and she said she has to start a warranty claim. What?? Warranty? Are they going to clean the dirty sheets they sent me? So confused. At the end she said she’ll process the return but they have to get them back and then they can ship out a new set…in 2-3 weeks. Amazon it is next time. These are bed sheets. It shouldn’t be this hard.

The fabric is lovely however if someone takes a wad of cash from you and leaves you with nothing to show for it, you struggle to vote them highly. However, when I ordered a King size it turned out to be a US, not a UK King so it is absolutely MASSIVE. There were no dimension on the website against which I could check. I was told I could not exchange, only send it back for a refund and order a new one, which would take too long (it took 3 weeks to ship to the UK initially). They did offer to waive the restocking fee (a restocking fee which shouldn't actually exist). So I am stuck with a HUGE unusable sheet that was quite expensive.

This was my first purchase with Cozy Earth, and unfortunately it left a very disappointing impression. I ordered a $700+ bedding bundle but received the wrong sheet set. Although customer service was polite, I was required to return the incorrect item and wait an additional two weeks for the correct one, with no goodwill credit or accommodation offered for their mistake. For a brand positioned as premium, I expected a smoother and more customer-focused resolution. The product may be high quality, but the service did not match the price or reputation.

You pay $300 for sheets with a warranty. The sheets ripped on the corners once and piled twice. That’s it. No more sheets because they only do three replacements over the ten years. EVEN THOUGH you follow directions. So disappointed. I will NEVER buy again and have unsubscribed to them. Oprah would likely remove her support should she know this.

Sheets are very soft, but my fitted sheet ripped within a few months. When I asked to file a warranty claim, I was told the sheet was out of stock, and when it came back in stock to let them know so they could get me a new one. Why is it my job to monitor their stock and let them know when it is available? I was told I would not have to refill out the warranty claim once the item was in stock. Today I saw the item was back in stock, did their job for them and emailed to say it was available, can we please continue my warranty claim. The response? Please fill out the warranty claim form. I already did this, and I was told I wouldn't have to do it again. With customer service like this, despite the nice feel of the sheets, I won't be ordering again.
