Reading others' frustrations with the return/exchange process has emboldened me to also write a review. have had similar frustrations with the return/exchange process and lack of communication surrounding whether the item was received by them and when I would get my refund/credit. Upon providing them with a review, I immediately received my credit but suspect had I not provided my review I would still be waiting. I also am suspicious about whether I am actually communicating with a person. The replies are too fast and too "smoothed out"... the wording is there, but there is something missing... I am increasingly suspicious that thing is a person. I will use my credit, but unless these are the most remarkable products I have ever used, I will not be ordering through them again. The experience is just "off" and I don't feel assured they will stand behind their products.

customer service representative didnt read my emails properly, then accused me off fraud with no evidance and when given reasonable explanation left me on read.

I washed sheets in woolite with cold water on delicate cycle and they have white spots all over them. I have purchased much cheaper sheets that hold up better than these. Do not waste your money

Beware when ordering clothing online. If it doesn’t fit you are paying for return shipping and a “restocking” fee. In my case I had a pair of underwear that was too big, I returned it and about 33% of the price went to restocking and shipping it back. We love the bed sheets since they have standard sizes. I would be careful on ordering any clothing. Try other bamboo retailers!

Most of my items have ripped at some point. If you have a color they stock, then they will replace it, but not special colors. The bubble blanket ripped and they suddenly said I had to return it, even though their warranty does not list any items that would need to be returned. They are violating federal warranty law by selectively deciding what you have to return to them.

Ordered sheets from this company. The sheets were soft. Within a month of use, washing on delicate, the sheets had ripped a hole in the seam. The return has been an absolute nightmare. It's been three months, no replacement and no refund. Would absolutely not use this company again if they paid me.

I have been hearing about cozy earth since Oprah put it on her favorites list. I finally purchased complete bed sets for myself and my four adult children for Christmas this past year. What a disappointment these sheets were after several nights they began to pill. Everyone of my children said the same thing. I contacted the company and they sent me a new fitted sheet that did exactly the same thing. I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but they are resting on their laurels. I will never buy or recommend them again.

I will never order anything from them again. Charged me $12 to return the $100 pajamas I bought as a gift that didn’t work out.
