Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Had an issue with a sheet order and the customer service team was able to handle it quickly and efficiently! The process was super easy from start to finish. The sheets themselves are freaking awesome!! I've tried all styles and brands from Brooklinen to Sheets & Giggles and am completely happy with these sheets. I am a hot sleeper and these are not too warm and so soft, it's a dream to get into bed before the actual dreams even start!!!

The sheet set I ordered had a defect upon arrival at my home. The process to notify Cozy Earth was super simple and they sent me a new sheet right away free of charge. I would trust my money ordering again from them. Thank you!

Any service question relating to exchanges or returns has been quickly resolved. This is a great company that takes care of the customer.

Bought the Nantucket Towels from Cozy Earth and we LOVE them! We had some issues with fraying on the blue set, reached out to customer service, was notified of their warranty, submitted a claim and they replaced the whole set! Very happy with their product and how they stand behind it!

I recently had to contact customer support with a return issue. They were so polite and refunded my return even though it was past the return deadline. Fast, efficient and kind service

I had a problem with one of my Lux bath towels. I contacted them and within a day they had shipped and sent me 2 new ones at no charge. I could not of asked for more. I highly recommend the towels and this company. They stand behind there products and they have high quality.
