Irvin was very helpful. He helped me when I couldn’t get a stain out of the fitted sheet and pillowcase that I bought. He assisted me with placing a new order and I am very thankful for his help!

I love the products… one of the snaps on the interior of the duvet cover tore off after less than 10 months of use… I contacted customer service, sent a picture of the tear and they sent a replacement right away! I received it in less than a week!!!

My wife and I absolutely love the sheets. We had a small order issue but it was promptly corrected by Customer Service. Thank you!

Cozy Earth is one of my favorite brands! The fabric feels so luxurious and posh on bedding and bathroom essentials! We love the pajamas and joggers as well!

I love cozy earth sheets. After a few years mine got some holes in it. I emailed the company. They were quick to respond and needed a photo for proof. They sent me the new sheet and I didn’t even have to return the old one. Great customer service and quality!
