Awful, Ordered in 10 December and haven’t received my order, matter of fact the order has not even shipped. It’s been two weeks and nothing. I’m sure the product is great but this company’s ability to get orders out is awful. Order WAY in advance and don’t have high expectations or even regular expectations at this point. Frustrated to say the least. Buyer beware!

I purchased a Christmas gift from Cozy Earth, and had it shipped to a shipping store while I was away on travel. Cozy Earth dropped my last name in the "Attention" line, causing the shipping store to deliver to a different person with my same first name, and that person claimed he couldn't find it. I asked Cozy Earth to refund the purchase, since they caused the problem by dropping my last name. Instead they offered to give me a credit towards a purchase that would be non-refundable and have no warranty. That's unworkable for a gift, and they also caused the gift not to arrive on time for Christmas. I consider this a disreputable way to handle a problem that they caused. I will not shop at the store again. And I am not going to use the credit, because I don't like they way they do business.

This was my first order and was not as familiar with the products and policies. I ordered pajamas, thinking they were the bamboo ones, but were not, which was my error, but found that they would not let me exchange the ones I got for the bamboo. I understand policies, but when you spend A lot of money for upscale items you might think the company would offer some grace and allow you to spend even more to get the product you really wanted. Customer service was not very friendly or helpful. I will not be ordering more items in the future because of this. The items I bought are still available and our current things they offer so it’s not like it was a close out or leftover things. I have family members that have raved about your products and I was anxious to try them, but I was left disappointed after my first experience.

Pjs were not as soft as expected and I didn’t like the fit. The return process was rediculous and it cost 15$ to return. This was outrageous and I felt that their 100 night return policy felt like false advertising since returns cost money. Do not waste your money!! Not worth it

I have been with Cozy Earth since the beginning and their product quality and customer service continues to get worse and worse each year. I will no longer buy anything from them and have told me friends and family they should also do the same. I just ordered their new women’s soft woven long sleeve pajama set (regularly over $200). It was going to be a gift but when I opened the package right on the top of the blouse was a huge hole. The wrist sleeve was not sewn together correctly and there is a 1-2” hole in the sleeve where the seam is. How this item was shipped out with this big of a hole is beyond me. The pants also have strings all over and the seams are not completely sewn together too. The material is incredibly thin and is see-through even though it is a dark green color. If I had seen these pjs at Target I would have not purchased them for $20. I have tried to return them due to their manufacturer defect and have been getting the run-around. They want to charge me a $12.99 processing fee to return them even though THEY sent me a defective product. A couple of months ago I also bought a bamboo/jersey grey sheet set (bought all the parts separately). Sadly the fitted sheets arrived with stains all over it (it seems like from the dyeing process). When I reached out to get a replacement I was informed they aren’t available anymore and I can only return it for a partial refund since I have to pay a processing fee. Sadly I’m stuck with pillowcases, flat sheet and duvet in grey but cannot get a gray bamboo/jersey fitted sheet without stains to use with the rest of the set. For the prices they charge they should be ashamed that they can no longer provide a quality product and that they make the returning lrocess and absolute nightmare. I will never buy Cozy Earth again and I’m very disheartened that I’ve already given this company so much of my hard earned money.

I haven’t had trouble in the past, but my current experience has been frustrating. I purchased pajamas over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. When I called, they said they would priority ship another order, but it will take 5-8 business days, which will be after Christmas, leaving me a gift short for my wife. I purchased the package protection which apparently means nothing. If you want good customer service and delivery of your order, I’d shop elsewhere.

My most recent experience with Cozy Earth was HORRIBLE!! When I tried multiple times to get help on a size exchange the replies were clearly AI generated and not helpful at all, actually insulting! I will NEVER buy from this company again. And, yes their prices are way too high!

Decent products but customer support is severely lacking. Ordered a couple items for wife's birthday and the shipping option states 5-8 days to ship. Assuming that meant the order would be at my residence in 5-8, I placed the order. After periodically checking status of order, I noticed that the order status never changed for ~7 business days. There was no communication/status updates from this place - other than to bombard my inbox with ads to buy more things that may ship at some unknown future date. At this time, I asked the chat bot what was going on with the order and it asked if I wanted to change the address of the order for some reason through an email that came about 30 min later. What kind of chat bot does not chat and forces you to communicate through email? After threatening to cancel my order if I did not receive an ECD for shipping the items, the chat bot came through and shipped the items the next day. I received the order 1 week after my wife's birthday - she is happy with the items but I will NEVER waste my time with COZY EARTH again.
