I joined the annual membership where Cozy Earth states the customers are the top priority. Not me, I guess. I purchased a pair of studio joggers and after two washings, the seam is fraying. Because I purchased this during the “we made too much” sale, they won’t honor their “warranty”. I purchased a lot of items in the past three months. I am disappointed in their customer service. Needless to say, be careful when you purchase something.

I am receiving emails asking me to rate my recent purchase on PJ's I purchased for my wife at Christmas. The only present that did not make it under the tree was her new PJ's. And still no idea if and when I will actually give her this present. So, I have to give this purchase a 1 star. I have sent Customer Service an email asking for information on the purchase and have recieved no response. So, no item and no response seems that a 1 star is fitting. I do hope that at some point this will be resolved by either receiving the PJ's or refunding my money. By the way, I ordered these on December 14 and received emails that the package would arrive by December 24. I have received nothing since then and continue to check several times a day on the status of the package. If you want to order your wife a present I suggest giving yourself a 6 month window. It might arrive on time.

Nice product, good quality but the customer service is horrible. When paying a premium you want to shop with a company that will provide a good shopping and customer experience. Cozy Earth falls short and is aware of their poor service. Way to many bad reviews. There are other options for equal or better quality and will not be spending any more Money with cozy earth.

Horrible customer service. Buyer beware. If there is a problem with your order, they put it on you instead of trying to correct their error. I ordered pajamas as a Christmas gift and realized on Christmas Eve that the bottoms were not in the shipment. When I contacted customer service they initially said they would ship the bottoms and immediately sent a follow up email asking me to rate my customer service experience. Fortunately I did not rate them because they sent another email telling me I would have to file a claim with the carrier and provide the claim number before they would ship. When you spend this kind of money on pajamas you expect better customer service. I will likely not order from them again and will instead spend my money at other luxury shops who hopefully know how to treat their customers.

This company is great until something goes wrong, then they refuse to help and will blame you. I ordered a package with expedited shipping and package protection. It did t arrive on time and all they said was sorry, it’s your fault. Now I’m having to use my credit card company and PayPal to get a refund. I still don’t have the package and all they could say was not our fault. No matter how good the pajamas don’t do business with this company.

I ordered two sets of pjs and one t-shirt. Simple enough, right? Three weeks and three failed shipments later—plus at least three hours trying to deal with customer service—and all I’ve gotten is a single random pair of pajama pants. I’ve asked for a refund but just keep getting the runaround. Next thing you know, they’ll try to send a fourth shipment and tell me they can’t refund my money so long as that shipment is “active.” It’s either a total scam or the seventh circle of online ordering hell.

We purchased our first towels from Cozy Earth and within a few days it started to come apart. Customer support was drawn out and inaccurate. Apparently they use the “We Made too Much” reason for pushing inferior products and will not reimburse clients who get stuck with poorly made products.

I found a pair of black cozy earth, size med joggers at a thrift store and have loved the fabric and the perfect fit. I was excited for a 40 and 50% sale and ordered three pair feeling confident they would fit. They are too big and look sloppy! I am stuck with 290 dollars worth of non returnable pants. I could have returned the black ones, but washed them in case the would shrink and fit...the date is approximate
