I love this company and their products. I ordered several sets of the bedding several years ago (I think in 2022). After experiencing some major life events, I recently went to open my last set (which I had saved)and found that instead of split king fitted sheets, it contained only one king fitted sheet. I emailed the company explaining my situation and asked if it would be possible to exchange the king fitted sheet for 2 XL fitted sheets for my split king bed. I received a response within hours and the next day a person from customer service called me personally to tell me that they were sending me the 2 replacement sheets, at no cost to me. They arrived within 3 days. This is a company that stands behind their products and their customers.

Big fan of Cozy Earth! I bought the bamboo sheets, they are soft and the perfect mix of warm when you need it but cool in the summer. The original bed sheet I purchased ended up getting about 3 small pulls/tears in the fabric after a few months. I requested a replacement and the customer service was quick to respond and replace the damaged sheet. Despite that issue, really happy with sheets and support.

I was able to work with "Sarah" via email to exchange a Cozy Earth skirt for a smaller size. She was wonderful in communicating efficiently and politely. The entire experience was positive. Plus I love my new Cozy earth skirt. Perfect for travel.

Cozy Earth has lived up to their quality commitment by just sending an immediate replacement for an order misdirected by the USPS. Bamboo sheets are all I use for 3 bedrooms!

I purchased bamboo sheets and pillowcases for a very deep mattress and they fit perfectly. The sheets are wonderfully soft. I also dealt with customer service when I received an email offer for $50 off 5 minutes after placing my order. They were very helpful and I received a refund for the $50 that same day. I’m very pleased with my purchase, the shopping experience, and the customer service at Cozy Earth.

Customer Support Team was incredibly easy to get ahold of, a real live person!! They solved my issue within minutes!!! The 10 uear replacement guarantee is 100% accurate so far. I had two queen sized bamboo viscous duvet covers that had ripped even thought i always wash & cared for them exactly as stated. I was able to get replacements for both within a week!!! Absolutely fantastic!!!
