I agree with all the other reviews! They don’t care at all about the customer experience. They don’t care what happens with your order. They provide ZERO opportunities to resolve the issue. They simply do not give a SH-T!

Already falling apart after 1 week. I bought this oversized cuddle throw blanket as a Christmas present for my wife and I’m very disappointed in the quality. Threads coming apart at the seams and have a 6” hole formed already. Not what I was expecting from what this company charges for the product

Ordered my mother in law an expensive sweater- it was too small so I wanted to exchange it for the exact same sweater in a L- they won’t exchange it since it was a final sale item. I understand not giving credits, but if we just want the same item in a bigger size? Crazy.

My mother in law ordered pajamas for me for Christmas weeks in advance and they never arrived. She called the company multiple times and their response was she could buy another pair or still wait for the original pair to arrive. Apparently, they use the slowest and cheapest shipping methods and the package goes to multiple cities and transfers that take forever which also means it’s easier for your package to get lost. My pajamas never left a facility guess somebody wanted them. My mother in law called again when she contacted USPS and they could see that the package never left one of their facilities weeks ago. They finally offered to send out another pair. Will see how long or if those ever arrive. Don’t recommend ordering from them.

Poor quality bamboo blanket. Not as advertised. Blanket is quite thin and not soft as described. Customer service is non responsive. I have emailed, phoned,trued chat with no response other than someone will reach out.

I ordered pillow cases from Cozy Earth on Dec 14. They charged me on Dec 15. On Dec 26 I contacted them and asked when my order was going to ship. They assured me that they were working hard to process my order. After 3 e-mails from me that day they advised me that my product was on back order and they would check and let me know when the product would be back in stock. I just heard back from them and they said the product would be available the first week of Jan. It took 16 days to get that info yet they have had my payment for 15 days! That is a complete lack of customer service. If the rating system allowed me to give them 0 stars I would have. They certainly get 5 stars for the speed with which they processed my payment!

Terrible fulfillment and customer service. Drop ship via Amazon and take no responsibility for products arriving on time or even arriving at all. Ordered weeks before Christmas and website assured delivery well before Christmas - we are now at December 29th and shipment hasn’t arrived and no updates on when or if it will arrive. Any offer to maybe overnight the product since they already ruined the Christmas present? Cozy Earth response: we’re not responsible once it leaves our warehouse. Think twice before ordering from this company - not worth it!!

Just terrible customer service and communication—ordered a duvet for a Christmas gift, told confirmed and shipment information, credit card charged. Never received and called the day before Christmas and told ordered color (walnut) back ordered and “no idea” when available—really??? Never communicated that earlier, never offered to select a different color and just got an “oh sorry” and offer to credit my account.
