In the past month, my wife and I have fallen in love with Cozy Earth products. So far we each have pajamas and a set of sheets and we absolutely love them. Sure, they are pricy but in this case, you get what you pay for. I had an issue with sizing for the pajamas and Customer Service was excellent - fast, efficient, and flexible. A potentially helpful tip if you want pajamas: I found the shirts to run small and the pants to run big, so keep in mind that you can order the shirts and pants separately - you don’t have to buy a matching set of the same sizes. The material is impossibly smooth, silky, and soft. I don’t get how they make their bamboo viscose to feel the way does. I have tried bamboo products in the past and was unimpressed until I tried Cozy Earth. It is somehow both warm and cool at the same time, which I suppose means that it’s “breathable,” and if you have both pajamas and sheets, they work perfectly together. I sleep hot but wear the full length pajamas even in the summer. When I change positions while sleeping, the pajamas don’t get bunched up. In short, I love Cozy Earth products thus far. We are fortunate enough to have a store in our town so we will be going there soon to look at and probably purchase more products. I want a second set of pajamas, sheets, maybe other clothing, and perhaps one of their pillows.

I had forgotten there was a 10 year warranty on Cozy Earth Sheets, but when I heard another advertisement I had just seen a tear in the corner of a fitted sheet. I went to the support email and asked how to proceed with a claim- and although it was a Sunday morning, had a reply, I sent a picture of the tear very easily using my iPhone, and by Thursday of the same week, a new sheet landed on our doorstep ! The customer service is beyond awesome ! I wholly recommend cozy sheets for their outstanding quality and company that stands behind their product !!

I recently spun the discount wheel and when checking out couldn't remember the code for my $50 off. After placing the order I replied to the confirmation (so easy - and they answered that!) asking for help. In short order Jessica emailed me back with sympathy and an apology and issued a refund for $50! That's 5 star customer service.

I love this company and all the products have been a member for 2 years and as of tomorrow I will renew my membership. I have read some bad reviews on Reddit about customer service and I have had a totally different experience they are wonderful and get back to you in a timely manner.

I have had a great experience with Anna. There was never any pressure to purchase and I really appreciate that. It’s rare in today’s world. She is like a friend now.
