The Cozy Earth customer care folks really do care and graciously intervened to get the order right. Cozy Earth products are extremely high quality, so comfortable with amazing fabrics.

The agent was outstanding. He followed with a return fedex and understood that the pants length was wrong What I’m confused about is that you charged me for the order and haven’t redelivered the new ones That’s disappointing

Happy that they were replacing our sheets until I received it today. Only one fitted sheet. Both had pilled! Only one had come apart at the corner. Guess more than some companies would do.

I had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction over 15 years ago. I have neuropathy and muscle spasms at the surgery sites and don't tolerate most bras. The cozy earth bra is soft and I'm tolerating the elastic band. I am hoping the band softens more over time but the main fabric is very soft and comfortable.

I purchased a sheet set from Cozy Earth and I loved the feel of the sheets, they were so nice! My husband was not a fan, plus the color wasn't quite right for our bedroom decor. It was easy to return them and although it took several weeks to get my return and they took out a deduction for a "restocking fee," I did receive periodic updates about my order and the progress of my return, which I appreciated.

My first customer service experience was with an AI bot which was completely useless. When a human stepped in, it was much improved. Overall, I love the quality and feel of Cozy Earth’s products. I have the bamboo sheet set, mattress pad, and protector. I would not order the mattress pad again because the care Is more high maintenance than I prefer.

Cozy Earth’s customer service was phenomenal! They responded quickly and efficiently through both phone and email, and the entire warranty process was smooth and hassle-free. My warranty was processed without any issues, and I received a brand-new set of sheets. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful their team was throughout the entire process. Great customer service and a great experience overall!
