Complicated, expensive returns.

Towels are overpriced and underwhelming. They don’t dry you well, which in my opinion, is important for a towel. They did allow us to return them, but we had to pay a restocking fee. I don’t recommend this product

Their bedding is nice enough and they have a good warranty program. Their clothes on the other hand are poor quality and their customer service is nonexistent. I purchased two shirts of the same type and both became extremely discolored after washing once on gentle, cold cycle and air drying. I reached out to customer service and they basically said tough luck. I do not recommend their clothes to anyone.

The sheets show up and feel great, but that is the extent of the great part. Returning items is a nightmare and you are going to be charged extra for everything, unless it is a straight exchange for something they have in stock. But most of the colors and items you want are out of stock. They will 'offer' instore credit, but if you make an exchange and the item was on sale 100% the exchange item is not on sale and they will charge you the difference. A lot of bs bait and switch type tactics. They will pretend to bend over backwards to make you happy, the problem is they just don't have the items you need in stock and then their 'hands are tied'... I would not go this route.

I had to contact Cozy Earth several times about my sheet set. They finally replaced the whole set but for the price of these sheets, I expect better quality and better customer service. I wanted to get another set of sheets but I don’t think I will at this point. I don’t even have 6 months on the replacement sheets and I am not confident that they will last. Pretty disappointing

Cozy Earth gets 5 stars for the quality of their products. I got their bamboo sheet set and it is truly incredible. Where is absolutely horrible is their return process and customer service. I tried to submit a return claim online for a sweat set, it didn't process correctly. I then tried calling their customer service number and was told I would hear back within 48 hours after leaving a message (which is already annoying). However, it has now been more than 48 hours and I have not received a call back. While I LOVE the sheets and would love more bedding in the future, this horrible process has made me never want to buy from them again. For a company selling premium priced products, I would expect much more.

I ordered queen size bamboo sheets for a queen size bed and I can't even get the fitted sheet around the mattress. I can't believe that this is an issue considering how much these sheets cost ($231). I am seriously disappointed! The only reason they get two stars is because I've ordered pajamas from them and they are wonderful.

I initially loved these products when I initially purchased my first sheet set about a year or so ago. I have to file a claim for the pillow cases due to a seam coming apart, and that was a very easy process. However, I purchased another sheet set and a bamboo comforter from a GMA steals and deals promo. They were half off, but even these products half off are extremely expensive ($150 for sheet set and around $200 for the comforter) and i have another seam open on the fitted sheet and the comforters stuffing is balling up. I sent the comforter to the dry cleaner per its cleaning instructions and I got it back all clumpy. I’m super disappointed. While everything is very soft, it’s not worth the money for its poor quality.
