Awful complaint for get the membership. Nothing but issues, terrible anniversary gifts and seasonal gifts they make impossible to claim. Just frustrating beyond belief. Go elsewhere for your home food. Cozy earth isn't it

There stuff is good (not as good as it used to be) it's very expensive and if you have questions, concerns or any trouble their customer service is horrible.

3 Times I reached out about a $250 jogger set-You WOULD THINK they'd respond & want the business-But No, it's like pulling teeth to get answers on a simple question. When will it be re-stocked? ZERO answers after 3 reps ignored the questions...My business & MANY OTHERS by reading the posts online are going elsewhere-Right before the holidays too. When will these narcistic companies learn customer service matters. Even AFTER Posting this-ZERO Contact or concern-Shoppers beware, just because they sell expensive clothes does NOT mean they care or support the client at all-THIS IS what happens when US companies Off-Shore their support-They lose thousand of clients-I have been i n sales 20+ years & the FIRST thing Im asked if our support is US Based-THIS is why!!

wrong billing

DO NOT BUY - BUYER BEWARE. Bought $800 worth of merchandise. I returned the merchandise via UPS. The package is lost. I've called the carrier and was told I am not the customer. I have sent 3 emails to Cozy Earth and they wont refund the package. I dont have the merchandise. Supervisor called and said they could not refund the merchandise because they dont have the package. I said the carrier lost it and they need to call. He said 'no, we cannot refund the money'. Also they charge a return re-stocking fee. This is the worst retailer I've done business with. BUYER BE WARE.

I purchased the Classic Stripe Resort 2-towel bundle (black & white stripe) for $120. First wash & dry the seams were coming apart AND there was excessive pilling - white pilling all over the black stripes, and black pilling all over the white stripes. They look horrible and are unequivocally defective. Customer Service put me on hold several times (45 min) to then tell me the sale is final and a return/refund is denied. They didn't even offer an exchange for a different product. The founder/CEO Tyler Howells claims the Cozy Earth mantra (on website): "My goal with everything we make is its got to be at least 50 to 100% better than anything else that's out in the market...that's like our mantra at Cozy Earth, if it's not noticeably better immediately when you use it and then even more so after you use it, then we don't want to make it." Obviously, Tyler Howells DOES NOT stand by his MANTRA!

not gonna lie, tbh the item looked nothing like the listing pictures meaning I had to pay out of my own pocket! Pretty let down, honestly!

I really wanted to like them, but my order never even shipped after a whole week and nobody even apologised! Take your money elsewhere!
