Based on actual reviews of the product I’m excited to get the PJ’s and try them out. Like many of you I have been waiting for my order to ship but have been contacted by customer service so I am amending my previous review. They seem earnestly concerned about the shipping delays and it appears they are doing everything in their power to account for the rapid growth and get orders out soon. I’m hopeful they will be worth the wait.

Terrible customer support! Ordered some things for Christmas presents. Only 3 items came prior to Christmas. Still waiting on gift for my daughter. Items are not cheap and upon ordering they did not let me know it was on back order. Reached out for customer support, too busy to answer. Finally replied and said maybe February! I will never order again. Get it together! The company reached out. Delivered my daughter’s shirt and credited my card for the shirt. Then the company contacted me a couple months later asking to edit the review. I was offered a discount if I would try them again. I have ordered sheets and pjs for myself. They arrived promptly. Just haven’t had a chance to try them out. Thanks Cozy Earth for your efforts,,

We do want to make this right, I promise. These delays were out of our control as we had 15,000 items held up over seas for several months even though our shipment was ready. What was in our control, however, was how we communicated with our customers - and we know we let you down. We were completely understaffed for the task of updating every customer on these delays. We were receiving thousands of emails/calls/texts/chats, and we tried our best to keep up. We have since hired many new customer service agents to make sure this mistake never happens again. Update to review below: Customer service did finally contact me after 3 weeks and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I am giving 4 stars instead of 1. It was not good customer service to take so long, but the issue was resolved. Customer service is non existent. I was applying a coupon to proceed with an order, and it processed without me hitting submit button and for the full price, and to the wrong credit card. I contacted customer service immediately for a cancellation and got a reply "Thanks for contacting Cozy Earth! Right now we are receiving a high volume of activity and a representative will reach out to you as soon as possible:)" 5 e-mails ignored. Two phone calls with only "leave message" option and no response. They shipped the order anyway and have not acknowledged their processing mistakes. I am afraid to return them because I don't trust I'll get a refund. I have been working on this for 2 weeks.

After reading all these negative reviews, I was nervous but I went ahead and bought the womens short pajama set in black 2.5 months ago with a discount. The pajamas are so soft. When they arrived they felt like other pajamas in department stores but they haven't lost their softness with washes like others have and I wash them on a weekly basis so they've had about ~10 washes now and they almost feel softer now than they did when they arrived. On the other hand they are showing minor (SUPER minor) signs of wear which worries me because of the high price tag. I noticed this immediately after the first wash and it hasn't got worse so the "wear" I am seeing may be normal. Did not have any experience with customer service so cannot comment on that. Disappointed to hear about others experiences though.

I ordered an entire bed set, sheets, comforter, duvet, and 4 pillows. I reported an issue for the duvet as one of the securing straps was sewn into the lining. I was asked to send a picture... which is a white picture of a sheet. Customer service did not respond to this statement over the last few days. As an update the company has responded. They are shipping a new duvet cover at no cost and have offered to allow me to keep the existing. All the products I have been happy with.

The sheets are very soft and comfortable, however, after less than a month of having them on our bed, they are pilling. I didn’t think sheets this expensive would have that problem so quick. I would not have spent the money if I knew they had the same problem as cheap sheets.

Honestly the worst customer service. UPS package, but initially the entire “investigation” was pushed onto me by the company. Extremely stressful and negative experience. Update: Eventually, all issues were resolved. Although the process was very time consuming, I am beyond grateful that the support team was able to help me reach a resolution. Thanks again guys

These sheets are soft, but I have 1500 thread count sheets that my husband likes better. I have washed them, wish they did not wrinkle so bad. I removed them while still very warm and they were still wrinkled. I don't think I will buy a second set but will hang on to these and use in the winter and see how he likes them. He complained that he got hot under them and they stuck to him.

Hi Cindy, We're sorry to hear that the sheets are not what you hoped. For the wrinkling, we suggest pulling them from the dryer before they are completely dry, and then putting them on the bed. They can wrinkle easier if they are completely dry, and or if they sit or are dried with other linens. As far as temperature goes, remember that sleepwear and other bedding can inhibit the positive effects from the bamboo sheets. We suggest sleeping under the sheets with as little sleepwear possible for best results. We don't want you to feel stuck with sheets that are not everything that you hoped for.
