my order was sent promptly, it was for Cal king sheets. when it arrived the bag was labeled Cal king sheets but the sheets were king only. I called cozy earth and the phone was answered immediately by a very courteous person I described my problem he apologized profusely and immediately sent me a new set of sheets, these were Cal king, he said he would send me a mailing label for the return of the smaller set as of today I haven't received that. I admire the way they corrected the error with no questions or argument. incidentally the sheets are wonderful. Bob H.

Cozy Earth was a pleasure to do business with. Yes, is the bedding a little expensive, but ohh my are they worthwhile!! My fiance and I look forward to going to sleep in them. She remarked that it feels a little like going to sleep in a cloud! I highly recommend them.

Cozy Earth is the only bedding that I can sleep on now. The only downside would be that I have to take it with me when I travel, because I love it so much!

I initially received a duvet cover, when I thought for sure I had ordered a comforter. I fired off an irritated email, which they responded to at the start of business the next day by calling me directly and offering to pay to ship the cover back and send the comforter. It was really nice to actually have a conversation with someone at the company trying to make things right, where so often these days it's a faceless service call center or something large and impersonal anyway. The comforter is unbelievably lux. And I kept the duvet cover, it just did not seem right to stuff that comforter into a regular cover. It'd be like getting a new tux and then throwing an old jeans jacket over it on your way to the event. I researched this product, as a way to assist my wife with her allergy needs - but I've stumbled onto something that is really an upgrade to the bedroom as well. My wife is impressed that I was able to come up with something of this calibre. You can't go wrong here - it's expensive and from what I can tell from my one night under it so far, well worth it.

Cozy Earth has outstanding products and outstanding customer service. My daughter is chronically ill and has to spend a lot of time in her bed. The Cozy Earth team helped me select the perfect silk comforter and silk pillow to make her as comfortable as possible. They are soft, luxurious, and help with temperature regulation. I highly recommend Cozy Earth and their beautiful products.

These are the softest sheets I have ever slept in. They stay cool and are very silky. They are very large so they accommodate deep mattresses and stay tucked in place. I would highly recommend these sheets to anyone. We are customers for life.
