Update- While I did have initial challenges with customer service (I am told it was newer staff) I did try the product and I gotta tell ya: bloody nice sheets they are. A cross between very soft sateen cotton and an almost silky feel. Three washings, two weeks of use, and so far so good. Fitted sheet stays fitted to mattress and if you take them out of the dryer quickly there's no wrinkling at all. Very bright white, look and feel of a top-quality hotel room experience.

EDITED: Greatest night of sleep I had for three nights. There’s a tear that you can tell from poor craftsmanship, I get it, it happens. BUT I contacted them almost 2 WEEKS ago with no response. I spent a small fortune on these sheets, while defects happen, poor customer service should not a this price. Very disappointing. Did it take a while to get an answer? Yes. But they did make it right and replaced the top sheet no questions asked. I appreciate Cozy Earth to responding to this review, so I was reminded to update. Overall, very pleased and highly recommend

I purchased the cozy earth bamboo sheets over a month ago. I paid ~400 for the king set. They wrinkle terribly snd I had to iron them ,and even then the wrinkles came back. I have washed them 3 times and I noticed today that they are pilling. Not the great product I thought they would be. I made an expensive mistake purchasing them. Update - I notified the company and they are sending another set of king sz sheets to me. I will update again to let all of you know if the sheets are any better.

Bought the sheet set, comforter and duvet cover and Loved them. The softest sheets ever! Also bought a set for my daughter ! Got them with View Your Deal. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I purchased the bamboo sheets and pillow from Cozy Earth. I will be honest that I was a little skeptical at first about the comfort, but I am honest when I say that I have had great nights of sleep since I slept on pillow and the sheets. They are everything that Cozy Earth says about their products.
