Prompt action to a problem. Quick resolution as well. I knew CE would come through for me. They always do.

I highly recommend Cozy Earth products. I had a warranty claim and was fortunate to work with Jlymor. Jlymor made the process of submitting a warranty claim a breeze. I appreciate the patience all that Jlymor did for me.

Jessa in Customer service was very kind and helpful in correcting a mistake in their end with the order. She was thorough, quick and corrected my order promptly. Thank you!

My warranty issue was handled very well. The representative was very patient, polite and professional. Cozy Earth is the best!

I had ordered several towels and when I received them was so impressed with their softness. Three towels had small black spots on them. I sent an email to customer service and heard back from Jenny within hours. She was so helpful and made no promises, but said she would look into the concern. After sending her pictures, her next email verified they were sending replacements. She was gracious and so pleasant. I was very impressed with her and the customer service she provided.

David was extremely helpful and gracious with me. He answered all of my questions, and sent me new sheets free of charge, which I certainly was not expecting. Thank you for being so generous and helpful!

We had a minor hiccup with the delivery, but Cozy Earth customer service was very helpful, and it arrived the following day. The product is supreme, and my husband and I both love it.
