First, the wrong size and style was sent. After talking with customer service, the correct item was sent. Took a lot of my time to get this correction, but the customer service person worked hard to get it right.

Shipping was a little delayed but the end product is comfortable and I am happy with it

Love the sheets but when I washed them they were too tight. I will reorder in larger size

These pjs are super soft! They were thinner than I expected, but they’re still warm and cozy. They’re ample in size and I had to size down on the length of the pants, but Customer Service was very helpful. Good pjs!

I had a problem with Cozy Earth initially on my order. They told me my order would ship and 2 days later it still had not shipped. I called them and got little help until I posted a negative review. I was then contacted by Cozy Earth and they immediately resolved my issue in a very fair way and apologized that this situation had occurred. We received the product and my wife loves it. Any company can make a mistake but it is how they handle it that counts, and in the end, they did the right thing and made me a happy customer. Thank you Cozy Earth !!!!

Cozy Earth reached out and said duvet covered under warranty. Received new duvet last week. Kudos to Cozy Earth. Filling out warranty form online was a nuisance. Said could upload up to 5 pictures. Couldn't upload one. Spinning circle every time I tried and tried multiple times. Sent photo by email but asked to do online warranty. Finally said I was done. Pictures that were emailed were then accepted.

Cozy Earth came through! Mollie heard my cry and arranged for me to get reimbursed. I'm very grateful to her for facilitating what should have been a simple request. I think the company was overwhelmed by the response to their success. Mollie listened and was the only person to really help. They need more Mollies!
