Return went very smoothly. I love my new joggers.

I love my sheets and joggers. I have ordered three sets of sheets and gave two of them as gifts, so I have spent quite a bit with this company. I received a handwritten not card in the mail from Tyler Howells with a code for 75% off an order, to be used anytime. When I went to order something I found the code actually resulted in the price being increased. Thus, it was cheaper to not use the code and just order the item at the sale price. I say all of this to say, it was disappointing to receive something you are impressed with to only learn it really wasn't anything after all. Cozy Earth has a nice product but, needs some work in this area.

I bought your bamboo sheets and we love them. Very soft and comfortable. My wife washed them before using and while putting them on the bed noticed that were a little splotchy (pictures attached). Was not expecting that given your promotion about consistency of color. Other than that they are great.

I purchased 2 robes and 2 shirts for my children and their spouses for Christmas. The items came beautifully packaged. Each gift was highly regarded by the recipients. I would rate the products 5 stars. However, there was a delay in shipping my order. I did receive it before Christmas, but it took much longer to ship my order than the 2 to 3 days their website advertises. I panicked until it finally came.

Love how soft these are—just like the sheets! But unfortunately I had to return them, because I didn’t like the feel of the collar up against my throat while sleeping. Looking forward to soft, buttery pajamas without a collar…

I really like the sheets they are all you said they would be.my only complaint is the cost. They are on the Pricy side.

We ordered sheets and PJ’s. The sheets are great and very soft & comfortable. The PJ, I ordered the bottoms in a 28 inch inseam, after two weeks and several calls the person told me that they needed to change my order to regular inseam which was the same length inseam, ended up getting bottoms that were too long, 30 inch and returned the PJ. Was not happy that customer service did this to me, it was obvious they were out of stock on the 28 inseam and changed just so they could ship the merchandise

I was looking to purchase some more sheets. I was disappointed that they are out of stock, but I do appreciate that it stated that they were.
