I absolutely LOVE cozy earth! I’ve been building my collection of cozy earth items for a while now, I can’t get enough. I literally want to throw away my whole wardrobe of cotton and only wear cozy earth. I’m working towards it, started with the duvet and never experienced anything as luxurious like it, so next the bedding, then joggers, then pj’s, then clothes for the family, and now the bath items. It’s all literally the softest fabric to die for, it’s body temp regulating (I am hot blooded and live in a hot area), and the bedding gets softer even after washing! The highest quality of bamboo products on the market, I can’t suggest cozy earth enough, I’m a loyal customer for life. Whoever’s reading, life’s too short to wear cotton, yes even organic cotton… and only bamboo from cozy earth of course. I’m so excited they keep releasing new products as well that are just as classy and beautiful as they are comfortable! Just ordered the new arrivals! Thank you cozy earth for existing, I’m so glad I found you in Google. Also, not sure about all the comments below about terrible customer service as I’ve always had wonderful customer service.

I placed two orders for a set of hand towels. One set was fine, but one of the hand towels had pulled a pulled thread. I have never bought towels with a pulled thread. That looks terrible. Returned the item and received another set with a pulled thread. Went through the same process again, and again I received a towel with a pulled thread. I give up. I can get a credit, but I would not want anything else from this company. ***Update-Cozy Earth saw my review and they have refunded my money and provided me with a free T-Shirt! I appreciate customer service like this. They are diligently working on the Quality issues and their goal is to provide customers with Quality assistance.

My first purchase from cozy earth was a jogger set, it was so comfortable I bought two more and a set of sheets. The second order was placed around a holiday and there was a delay, but from my perspective the products were worth the wait. After a few months the flat sheet began to pill, I contacted customer service via email and the sheet set was replaced. I have had such a great experience, including with customer service, that I ordered more sheets as well mattress pads. Other reviewers are correct, when Oprah released her list of favorites there was definitely a backlog, a similar backlog happens during the holidays. Generally, my experience has been great, quality products and customer service to match.

I love Cozy Earth! I have been shopping them for years and have everything from pajamas to sheets to duvets to baby blankets. My fiancé and I work from home and love to lounge around in our cozy earth pajamas. He's not even a pajama guy, but he's fallen in love with the brand and now has every color of loungewear. This is our go to brand for everything sleepwear and bedding because it really is so cozy <3

5 business days with no ship info, no estimate of when it will be shipped to me. Customer service provided no info but insisted couldn’t cancel order. Lisa reassured me she’d provide status updates via email 2 days ago, after refusing to cancel order as “in process”....that never happened. **UPDATE: After a bad customer service experience, I received excellent customer service from Spencer. I received the sheet set, which Im absolutely happy with...and had an excellent all around customer service experience.

I have never owned bamboo sheets, but purchased some from Cozy Earth and am in LOVE! I just returned from a vacation at a Sandals 5 star resort in St Lucia. The bed, pillows, and comforter were all luxurious and comfortable. I thought I had slept well. Then I returned home to my bamboo sheets and slept like a baby. It's like sleeping in a cloud and they keep me cool at night from my hot flashes. I recommend them to everyone I meet. They are on my "Favorite Things" list! Worth every penny!!

I discovered these from Oprah! The sheets are soft and luxurious providing the sweetest sleep. I love the bamboo fabric. Also, their clothing is amazing. Keeps your temp regulated and so cozy! Worth every penny!
