So soft and comfortable, soft, love my two pieces... my own downside is I really needed smaller sizes since these are both way too big!!

Sheets I do really like, this is my 2nd set but I do feel they are not as soft as the first set. Maybe it’s just me. I tried the linens style and didn’t like them at all, so I returned them with no issues and was fully refunded. I will buy again but only if they go on a big sale because they are priced too high.

The sheets are great. Only giving 4 stars due to slow shipping and the price of the sheets is higher than most.

Firstly, I’ve had to wait a year until I could buy these sheets. They’re pricy and I didn’t trust the quality would justify full prices. I’m thinking I was wrong on that front. These are one of the most comfortable Linen bedding options I’ve slept in. I used to think Bamboo silk was the only bedding to sleep in and once my older bedding (5years) started to wear I needed a replacement. I chose to mix match and buy the individual sheets/pillow covers. Natural and Navy. Packaging was great and now organized my spare linens. The sheets are HUGE, lots of overhang and I bought a Full for my Full…. I don’t know if I like all the extra fabric yet. The Linen seems to keep my bedding “cool” which is great considering my 80lb Malinois shares my bed and keeps it quite warm indeed. Looking to purchase another set in the next few months after a few washes and see if the quality really was worth the price.

Customer service is wonderful! Live humans pick up the phone and help you. My bamboo pajamas are so comfortable and dreamy and the bamboo sheets make me never want to leave bed!

These sheets are very soft and cozy and the color is nice . But I do wish they had a little more weight to them as they don’t stay in place well . I also wish that the flat sheet were longer on the sides . It’s too short in the side to tuck in, so the sheeting gets sloppy quick , which is a let peeve of mine. If you are only looking for soft sheets and don’t like your sheets tucked tight these might be great for you

Overall positive opinion about sheet material and feel, but issues with quality control and customer service. Ordered and received our first set of sheets and washed before use. Flat sheet had loose threads on the top before first use. Quality control fail. Customer service wanted photos of sheet/order/etc. Was told I could return and exchange at no expense. Received shipping label, but no confirmation of how the new sheet would be sent (after receipt of damaged sheet?). So, I ordered a new one with some additional pillow cases. Then the replacement sheet arrived. Also, their shipping company left our sheets in front of the garage, not our door, where we could grab them before the porch pirates this time of the year. And, I believe I was charged extra for some new delivery insurance plan, which is ridiculous. Would rather sign for sheets, which would insure they got to me, then pay for them to leave my items where someone else can grab them. I did complain to the company about all of these issues and their reply was appropriate. BUT, the sheets themselves are great. Hope they hold up. Time will tell.

I wish that they didn't ask for reviews so soon after receiving an item. My opinion may change after more time. The sheets seem very nice however I was very surprised at how wrinkly they were coming out of the dryer. Honestly, if I wasn't in a rush I would have liked to iron them before putting them on the bed. If I was making the bed for guests I would have had to iron the sheets.
