The sheets are great but the customer service is concerning. I ordered the sheet set and loved it but after a few weeks it started to pill pretty significantly. Since I had spent a certain amount of money, I was given access to a “vip support” email alias. I emailed the vip support about the pilling and didn’t hear back for days. So much for VIP support? So I eventually tried the regular support email alias and then sent me the link to file a warranty claim. I submitted that claim over a month ago and have yet to hear anything back or receive new sheets. A few days ago I emailed to follow up on that claim and still have not heard back. The sheets seem good but they need to step up their customer support especially since they advertise the 10 year warranty so much.

I placed an order two weeks ago and I haven't received any status or shipping information. I called customer service and I was told that it was hoped that my order would be shipped sometime this week, and that I would receive an email after it has been shipped.

I bought some shorts and liked them a lot. They aggressively nudge you to review what you buy. I gave the shorts 5 stars and saw it got published right away, I bought a pillow and pillow sheets and did not think they were great. They nudged for a review and I gave a fair but critical 3 star review. Never saw it. Then I looked and saw that ALL their reviews are 5 stars only. I contacted CE support and they actually confirmed that they only publish 5 star reviews. This is deceptive, lacks integrity and is a disservice to their customers.

The bamboo fabric these products are made from is undoubtedly soft, but that is really the only merit. The bedding has a tendency to become twisted and lumpy, the apparel cuts are very unflattering, and the construction is average with loose threads and fraying edges. I would not find value in these products at half the price. Update to Business: I have already inquired directly about my order (#293457) and was told I would be responsible for international return shipping.

The sheets feel fabulous and have really deep pockets on the fitted sheet. Two major bonus points. However, they pilled-up after the 2nd wash. Yes, I followed care instructions. It’s now been over a month trying to get an exchange or refund. I guess if you are Oprah you get better service because I’m not sure why she touts this product. Customer service is lousy!!!! Update: After posting this review I got an email from customer service. I have since found out that the sheets are on backorder and have been. I still don’t have my sheets but now they are staying in contact. I will have to hold judgement for stars based on if this set “pills-up”.

Great Product but customer service has declined since my first purchase back in July. I think their orders have greatly exceeded their capacity to handle returns and issues??? I am big on customer service especially with high value items so the two stars for me is directly related to poor customer service experience. I will come back at a later time when they have worked through their issues. i.e. I ordered a black pajama and wanted to exchange sizes. 13 emails & 2 phone calls later still no resolution (You are not actually able to reach anyone by phone, they just suggest you leave a message and no one calls back) My communications started on Jan. 7th. I will not be shopping here at the moment because of the poor customer service but like I said they Actually do have a very nice product. My mom loves the mulberry silk pillow! I love the pajama's and the sheets...wish I could exchange sizes without all of the hassle and confusion and still no result. Maybe they will do better with customer service in the future. I will say, I did not have these issues & had a pleasant experience with customer service with my first purchases back in July - Nov. 2020.

Spent $300 on a set. Very soft and comfortable I’d have given them 5 stars after the first month. But now 4 months later the pillow case and sheet have separated and have holes in them. We have high end sheets from boll and branch and bergdorf Goodman. I’d recommend staying with them. I will not buy from a company that charges what they do for a product that doesn’t hold up.

I purchased these sheets on GMA’s Deals and Steals. While they are very soft and comfortable, they pill and wrinkle worse than any sheets I’ve ever had. These sheets also stain which is shocking since we both bathe before bedtime. Maybe that is due to the bamboo. For the money I just wish they held up better.
