I had difficulty with the website and as a result, I missed out on a substantial discount (45%). I emailed the company and they made it right. They applied the 45% discount to my two previous orders and issued a refund for the difference.

I have been a Cozy Earth customer for a little over a year. I purchased the membership when I placed my first order and I am happy that I did. The cash back and monthly member credit have been awesome. The quality of the items is amazing! I started with their bamboo sheets, purchased some towels, and have now made my way into the loungewear where I am forming a life-long love. No company is perfect and Cozy Earth is no different. However, I have noticed that their customer service has improved over time. I recently exchanged an item for a different size and I could not have asked for a smoother process.

I have brought sheet sets some as gifts I have just brought Pajamas everything is lovely quality the bamboo is extraordinary soft easy to wash looks beautiful on the bed! But heavenly to sleep in. Now the company professional caring nothing has been to much trouble for them. Three words Simply the Best better than all the rest…

Customer service was so quick to respond and very helpful, making it so easy to solve my issue/warranty. Love this company and their products so much!

I ordered one of these pillows, thinking if it worked for my husband and me, we would order more. It was comfortable, but very heavy in weight. We decided overtime we just did not want the heaviness. The company honored their promise of a full refund if the pillow was returned even after use. The customer service was very good and they did refund my money even after several months of sleeping on it. I highly recommend giving them a try. I can see how this would be the perfect pillow for someone with different needs.

The product is well designed and high quality. Their bamboo sheets are super soft and comfy to sleep on. The duvet cover was thoughtfully designed and developed with little loops on all 4 corners inside to attach to my duvet and a zipper. No more pesky buttons! Navigating the website was easy. Pictures of the product were true to color. Shipping was quick and the items arrived well packaged and in great condition.

I have ordered sheets, socks, a blanket and pajamas - all have been of excellent quality. Customer Service has been very good as well - I communicate with them via text which has been very easy. I had to exchange pajamas for a different size, and I remember having questions at first on how to do it, but with a couple texts, I had the process in the works. I have noticed a little pilling on the piping/edge of my shortie pajamas, but everything is really holding up well as it all gets washed at least weekly (bought over two years ago). I joined the CE membership, which has proved to be beneficial. I order something approximately twice a year.

Cozy Earth has the most incredible bedding I've ever experienced. Not only are the products soft and beautiful, they are vert durable. Every purchase arrives to my door wonderfully packaged. I will be a customer for life!
