I used the sheets two times and the seam split on the pillowcases. The “warranty” process to get new pillowcases was difficult involving many attempts on my part with no reply on Cozy Earth’s part. I think the sheets are over hyped (using the Oprah name) and expensive. The sheets are soft (you get 2 stars) but already pilling after two washes! I don’t have the energy after the pillowcase experience to fight with Cozy Earth. Comphy and Cariloha make a better sheet that holds up well, is soft, and has customer service.

Absolutely not worth the money...sheets do not fit well customer service very poor

I honestly think this company is kinda a sham. expensive but the products are cheap . plus they’re all made in china!! i’m returning everything and buying a legit cotton company in the us. i had know idea about made in china.they’re also not even 100% cotton!

I ordered an XL Bamboo Raglan Pullover Crew. I have gotten this season this same item in black and navy. But, although it was marked inside as XL, it was decidedly smaller in width and length than my others. I will return but don't know whether to try the XL again or get the XXL. Clearly an error on the sizing. And very disappointing.

Disappointed in quality, and I simply keep coming back for more. Seems hit or miss with Cozy Earth. Had new Duvet and pillowcases tear and shred after first wash. Other items are a dream come true.

I ordered an item on November 15th. Have not received it yet and the tracking number for usps does not work. This is an unacceptable timeframe to receive an item which is a gift for someone. So I would just warn that if you need something by Christmas you may want to be aware of how long shipping is taking now. I’m hoping the item is worth the wait but customer service is as important as the actual product! We shall see.

I ordered Cozy Earth's new mixed Linen/Bamboo sheet product. While they were quite cool as advertised, the sheets provide absolute discomfort. After having heard several advertisements about how comfortable these sheets are, I was surprised to find them the least comfortable sheets I had ever slept on. Imagine you have a beach cottage on a fine white sand beach. Now imagine that every time you visit the beach, house rules dictate that you never wash your feet before entering your home and getting into bed. Imagine what your sheets would feel like after living with such a silly house rule. That's what Cozy Earth Linen/Bamboo sheets feel like on your body. If you value comfort, stay away Cozy Earth's Linen/Bamboo sheets. The company should cut its losses and kill this product, unless they want to get into the exfoliate-while-you-sleep business. Maybe their original bamboo-only product lives up to expectations, but this one certainly does not. Working with customer support was painless and the order was fully refunded. For that, I give the company two stars. Updated: Cozy Earth replied below offering a discount. Thank you for that, I think it shows that you care about the customer experience. Although I'm not compelled to take a discount, as my first experience was not good, and I don't relish visits to the US Post Office for returns, or Kinkos to print return labels. If you feel inclined to send a free pair, that would be welcome. Order #701517. Cheers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Sheets are great and the comforter is nice, but.... I have never received a comforter that was so excessively wrinkled. I complained and they sent me a new comforter after 6 weeks and this one was even worse. Dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare. At first they were responsive then completely ghosted me. Sent multiple emails. I called and not one person ever picked up the phone. I then waited over 2 hours to get a chat rep to text with me and she told me to purchase another comforter since my exchange could not be found. I was then ultimately charged for 2 comforters ( $1000!!!!!) because they have no idea what they are doing. So now I am sending back yet another comforter. I will not buy anything from them again fearful that I will have to deal with customer service. Order # 709242. Thanks Spencer
