Pillowcases arrived sooner than expected and they are so silky smooth! I love that they are breathable and don’t create static like actual silk products do.

The quality and value of the pajamas are amazing so far. I cannot speak to how well they hold up over all. I am disappointed in the packaging - I expected pajamas in this price range to arrive in something more than just a plastic bag. I also wanted a gift message included... not sure why it wasn't.

I really love these sheets! I love the way they feel. I do love the color choices as well. My husband loves them too. We had bought another brand of Bamboo sheets, much cheaper, but they did not feel as nice and I never use the other brand sheets as a result. It's a good thing Cozy Earth offers a 10 year warrantee which they are so good about! The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because, in my opinion, there needs to be better quality control on the production of the sheets. I would really like to give them 5 * because the sheets feel amazing, they fit the king bed so well, and they are so good at customer service and the warrantee when there is a problem with the sheet or pillow case. I would highly recommend! No other competing brand of Bamboo sheets feel the same as the ones from Cozy Earth!

The website is very user friendly! I had an issue with my order and was able to call and reach customer service and requested a cancelation and a refund. I was told that it might not be possible as the orders were being filled, but he’d double check. I received a couple of calls letting me know that my order was canceled and I would be getting a refund.

Great comforters and comforter covers. Definitely overpriced but a luxury. Haven’t washed yet but hoping they hold up.

I recently purchased three silk pillows, and while they are undeniably soft, there’s a noticeable difference in comfort among them. One pillow is luxuriously fluffy and incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. However, the other two pillows seem to have significantly less fill, which affects their overall comfort level. Despite this inconsistency, the softness of the silk fabric is still a standout feature.

Hi Wendy, Thank you for the review and the feedback! We're delighted to hear that you find the silk fabric exceptionally soft and that one of the pillows is providing you with a restful night's sleep. We apologize for the inconsistency in the fill of the other two pillows. We will pass this information along to our product team and improve the pillows for the future! Stay Cozy, Ashlyn
