Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

This is for their towels. Have used them for months. They are not absorbent as advertised and they have gotten harder and scratchier. Don’t recommend at all. Am actually surprised by the reviews. Makes me wonder if they are paid.

They seem overpriced

Unfortunately, the white sheets tend to show areas of discoloration after a few washings. I would recommend ordering any color except white. Cozy Earth will not back their warranty if your white sheets become discolored. Therefore, stay away from their white sheets when choosing a color.

I received an email yesterday regarding my address not being correct. I have been waiting since February for my order to be delivered. I have given the correct address so I’m not sure why my order is being sent back to Cozy Earth. There is an issue with your Cozy Earth order #1029792.

I think it’s criminal they advertise as luxury sheet brand. Their clothing is soft but their $400 sheets are terrible, pick up oil and stains within one night even with showering, they wrinkle after one night and look terrible, they aren’t really that soft either and the standard size pillow cases are huge with about 5 inches of extra fabric making things look worse. I returned my sheets because I prefer for $35 microfiber sheets from Amazon and they are much softer, so much for splurging. 2 stars because they have 100 night return but the product is not great for price.

I want to love these sheets. They are the softest, most luxurious sheets I’ve owned. However, both the original and warranty replacement sheet sets have pilled within three weeks of owning. Dealing with Support was a nightmare and it took a month to receive a replacement fitted sheet. I would consider their clothing line but I’m worried about having the same issue.

Ordered pajamas for my wife's birthday and paid for expedited shipping to be sure they arrived on time. Of course, they didn't, and CE's customer service refused to refund the shipping. The product isn't worth the price, my wife runs hot, and these exasperate the issue. If you're looking for good quality (product and experience) turn elsewhere.

Unable to contact support on multiple times. They have a machine that plays music but disconnects after about 5 minutes. I called multiple times and was a waste of time. The website has many loud popups and soliciting malware.
