Cozy Earth makes returns impossible. If you have to return something, it is nearly impossible as they always have a reason why it isn't aligned with their process. Even when they are the ones who have shipped the wrong size or didn't send expedited when you paid for it. They don't want to correct their mistakes as they want to make it difficult to do returns in the hopes that you give up and don't care about the $100ish bucks you wasted. They are terrible overall. They also delete negative reviews from their website and apparently use services to keep their positive reviews overall high. They suck.

If you can get a hold of them, Customer Service just keeps repeating the same thing over and over. Very disappointed in how you can redeem rewards and use promo codes. Their membership benefits are very misleading and you cannot use them the way they lead you to believe. I tried to cancel my membership but was told that was not possible. I like their products, but not at the expense of trying to navigate their inconsistent website and online ordering – and the misrepresentation of their membership benefits.

Package never arrived even though it said it was delivered. I had paid for delivery insurance but cozy earth ignores my emails! Never again !

The absolute worst customer service experience. An hour on hold to be told expect an e-mail for a problem I had. Over 30 days to refund my return. They automatically charge you a fee if you don't uncheck this at check out. Not worth it.

Ordered pair of pajamas 11/30/25. Received about a week later. They were too big. Reached out to company on 12/9 for instructions on making a return. I did not hear anything from the company until the end of December, two days before the end of the 30 day return policy. That communication was an email saying they couldn’t find my order and to please verify my email address and the order number. I had included that information in my original message. I was told I could return them and let them know shipping date which was 1/2/26. Since that time, they confirmed receipt of the pajamas on 2/5, but they keep putting me off on getting the refund. Their excuse is saying their warehouse is still inspecting the merchandise that I returned in original packaging. They continue to keep asking for my email address and the order number because they can’t find the order. This seems to be their default way of putting you off. I’ve given this several times. I hope to receive my refund but I am less than impressed with their customer service and won’t buy from them again.

I am extremely disappointed with how my recent order has been handled. First, I was unable to complete payment for over a week due to a system error. I later discovered the I finally got through to the customer support team that this was caused by a membership product that is not available to Canadian customers — yet the website allowed it to be added to my cart with no warning. Instead of a clear explanation, I received vague payment error messages which caused unnecessary delay and confusion. Secondly, after finally placing my order, I waited for dispatch with no tracking information and emails back and forth only to now be told that items shown as “in stock” at the time of purchase are suddenly unavailable. This is unacceptable inventory management and misleading to customers. When I requested that they simply ship the items that are currently available, I was told the entire order should instead be cancelled “to avoid confusion.” I did not request cancellation — I requested fulfillment of the available items. Cancelling the entire order feels like a way to avoid honoring the original promotion and free gift that were part of my purchase. This experience is far below what I would expect from a premium brand that is publicly endorsed and widely promoted.

I placed an order for their bamboo sheet sets. The item arrived quickly but one of the pillowcases had a rip on it. I called upon noticing it, spent several minutes on the phone where I was told I had to place a warranty claim online. I placed it online and waited 11 days with no response. After reaching out once again, I was told I needed to submit additional photos of the pillowcase. I did so and was given another email saying it was being looked at. I still have no timeframe on when my pillowcase will be sent to me. The only thing "premium" about his company is the price.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Inflated prices, horrible customer service that is inconsistent and never resolves a problem. 17 emails and still can't get the return correct. High fees for straight returns. I have never had such poor service from a company with such high prices. Will never use again.
