I don’t write reviews but I had to on this one. Given how expensive the products are I feel compelled to post this. I bought the bamboo comforter with extra filling and although the duvet is silky, it feels more like a sheet! It’s so thin and not what I expected. You’d have to cover it with a duvet cover so the silk doesn’t even matter. Did not keep us warm on its own. We literally bought a $100 great-rated Amazon duvet to put on top and it’s so much better. We live in New York City so it’s not like we’re in the Arctic! Not to mention the shipping experience took forever. I had to send Cozy Earth a message to see what was going on…I mean, who has time for that?! Anyway, I expected this $500+ duvet to be luxurious and worth the price because Oprah loves it. Totally disappointed.

There was a mistake with my order and I am having to pay the $10 return postage fee on my return. The problem with my order was a manufacturing mistake on the inseam where the pants were shorter than the size chart. It does not seem right that I should have pay for a Cozy Earth mistake. Also, I did try to exchange the pants, but the size is no longer available. I am very disappointed and will seek another source for comfortable pjs and sheets.

I bought a $140 set and the quality is INCREDIBLY thin and cheap. Soft? Eh, not really. I’m not happy with this at all. I bought another set for 50 dollars from another company and it’s much better quality. I’m so disappointed.

Replying to Cozy Earth: 1) thanks for processing the exchange, but where’s the return shipping label? How do I return the items to you? 2) You say I should let you know what the issues/problems were. How? There’s no link or other way to reach you. I only see your post. This is the kind of thing I found so frustrating. No way to easily get a shipping/return label. No way to contact you. The product is very nice, but the return/exchange process is TERRIBLE . I only wanted to exchange two items for a different size and the company makes this difficult, confusing, and inconvenient. For this reason alone I probably won’t order again. Why go through such a headache for what other companies make simple and quick?

I still have yet to receive my complete order (I received the pj top but not the pants). I sent an email to customer service and received an automated response to check my email for tracking soon. 😕 It’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting…hoping to receive my entire order by Christmas! I spent a lot of money on a pj set and 1/2 the order doesn’t really work…

I received a set of pajamas for my birthday and wanted another. When I signed up for their distribution lists, it said I have earned $75 back if I spent $200. I bought two sets for over $300, expecting to have the $75 subtracted at checkout. It showed on the tally, but did not subtract it. I got the online help chat, who said "it will get sent to you". Of course, it never did. Useless. Great product, horrible and confusing offers. Don't go there.

I’ve had nothing but grief. I ordered a bamboo pillow on Nov 24 that wasn’t moving. It took over 4 phone calls until someone looked into it and it finally shipped on Dec 5. I’ve not received it yet but fingers crossed I get it before Christmas I had erroneously ordered pillowcases instead of the pillow and when I reached out to customer service they finally got back to me after 4 attempts of getting a response. They told me they cancelled the order and that I would see a refund in 5-10 days. A week later I contacted them to check on the status only to be told the refund had never been processed due to a clitch. They then said had I not called they wouldn’t have known!! They issued a refund which I’ve yet to receive. It’s been 7 days! So their product may be great but their customer service is anything but. I’m very disappointed in the way my order and refund was handled. Their products are expensive to begin with and since I’m ordering from Canada, even with their sales they are expensive. Their excuse was it’s a busy time of year! You would think they would increase staff to meet the demands! I deserve better responses and results from this company. I won’t be ordering from them again!

My girlfriend loved her PJ top but Cozy Earth didn’t ship the bottoms. I contacted customer support and they said they’ll be shipped separately but haven’t given me any specific info. I was still charged the full amount. I also wrote a nice note since it’s a gift, but that wasn’t included either. Pretty frustrating considering the price, hopefully it’s resolved soon.
