Tevone Hall was an absolute joy to work…
Tevone Hall was an absolute joy to work with. He was accommodating and listened to me and even tried to help me with my 2002 suburban which has over 300,000 mi but of course he couldn't do something with that many miles...anyway I digress. I would still be using this policy but my daughter moved up to West Texas and is starting a new and left this car and it's keys in my second driveway. Already have a car and a truck so it's not like I need another vehicle to drive so I guess we will sell this really nice Lincoln SUV. I only had to use the policy once but it was definitely worth having. Once again thank you for having employees like Tevone Hall, then actually listen to the customer even when they're old and try to help them out as best they can and like I said are very accommodating for them and have patience which is key to owe people. Somebody raises boy right he simply said he had manners to like courteous friendly outstanding customer service and tell this boy's going to have leadership and yes I'm calling in him a boy I have grandkids older than him.
