I’ve used CoverageX for about a year and filed two claims, saving thousands of dollars on major repairs. My first claim was a torque converter replacement costing around $4,000. I paid only $800, including my $200 deductible. The process had some bumps, especially tracking down service records, but Eric helped me resolve the issue by reaching a repair shop I couldn’t get in contact with. I also want to recognize Nathan Fogerson, Zsolt, and Tim for their involvement in helping with my second claim. My second claim was for a radiator replacement costing approximately $1,700. I paid just $400, including my $200 deductible. The repair was completed in about three days, and communication throughout the process was excellent. The inspection and approval moved along, and the remaining wait was for the part to arrive. The biggest difference was how much CoverageX improved between my two claims. The process was smoother, communication was better, and their app is great. I also appreciate the included free oil change. Based on my experience, CoverageX has delivered real value when I needed it most. No process is perfect, but they’ve shown meaningful improvement and helped protect me from thousands of dollars in unexpected repair costs.
