I am getting spam texts from…
I am getting spam texts from 1-800-400-5950 identifying itself as CoverageX. They are some sort of vehicle insurance scam. The texts ask you to call 1-833-365-6686. Please stop these people.

I paid for this service for almost a…
I paid for this service for almost a year, expecting to be able to use it when I needed it. Unfortunately, when the time came to actually use the service, no one would accept it. I was also told that I should expect a refund, but that refund never came. I’m very disappointed because I paid for this service consistently for almost a year and was unable to use it when I needed it. On top of that, I never received the refund I was promised. This has been a very frustrating experience.

BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF A JOB. Marchand(the Karen), Devin(the liar) , and rob(the undercover weirdo) are VERY unprofessional they messed up on there side and didn’t do there job correctly and then wasn’t willing to fix the problem Devin created.

Attempted to cancel a policy after one day
Attempted to cancel a policy after one day of initiating it. The customer service staff seemed more interested in trying talk me out of cancelling than respecting my decision. After five different calls one staff member said he was cancelling the policy and that they would refund my initial payment of $113 within 5-7 business days. Today is day 9. Still nothing. If this level of "service" is encouraged/promoted by the company, the company should be seriously concerned. It's interesting that on the cover of the CoverageX brochure two sentences appear that are, at the very best, aspirational and at the very least gross exaggerations: "Coverage you can count on. Support you can reach".

I have to ask—do you monitor your sales…
I have to ask—do you monitor your sales representatives? My experience was extremely unprofessional. The representative was aggressive, rude, and did not listen to anything I was saying. The sales pitch also felt misleading. It started with, "Let's talk about your warranty," but then quickly turned into an attempt to sell me an extended warranty. When I politely declined, the representative became noticeably upset and continued to pressure me. No customer should be treated this way. This type of high-pressure sales tactic reflects poorly on your company. I respectfully ask that you review your sales practices and provide additional training to your representatives. Most importantly, please stop contacting and harassing people who have clearly stated they are not interested.
