I ordered masks and paid for fed ex shipping...I was supposed to get them in 2 days for this shipping service but didn't get them until a month later. I returned them and have not gotten a refund, any customer service or anything. This company is a complete SCAM. There needs to be a class action against them.

I have placed two orders with Covcare and all they do is lie. They tell you they are going to ship you product in a given number of days and they never do. When yo make inquiries, you are told they will get back to you but they never do. This is a company that has no interest in customer care.

I placed an order for N95 masks 6 months ago and they sent gloves instead. Have not yet received a refund, despite multiple calls and emails. Buyer beware.

I've been waiting 2 months for my order to be shipped. I keep hearing, next week, next week, next week. They don't have a system to update customers on their orders. Very disappointed in their follow thru of orders.

Affordable and good product

I'm very happy with the N95 face masks and face shields I ordered on Cov.care , It was difficult for me to find a good quality mask locally because of the scarcity , is when my doctor at the clinic informed me about the website. The Representative I spoke to before placing the order helped me through the process and the product was delivered in time! I Have bought items multiple times since then and very happy with services.

I am honestly impressed with the masks i received from this company the quality of the product is very good. I would definitely recommend!!!
