horrendous. charged twice now even after cancelling before the trial ended. cannot cancel on the website. zero way to do it without calling. the capcha is broken and you can’t click submit. I need a refund for both months and to cancel. didn’t have anything I was looking for / needed which was the whole reason I signed up for the trial, was to find something. don’t get bait and switched like I did.
